I love this team! I was going to ask about maximizing the efficiency of Xatu's set to invest in some speed, but it has some surprising speed creep abilities. I would suggest investing 56 EVs in Sp. Atk to guarantee a 3HKO on Toxapex with Psychic, but overall this team looks pretty cool!
