As a spinner i would suggest u a specially defensive tentacruel, as a defoger u might as well use a mew since mew is just usefull overall. maybe play it with heal bell and stuff

why exactly are deoxys-speed and aegislash OU now ? would place them in the lower Uber tier

So that means they are going to appear one by one ? if so that would be really cool actually, because then i can concentrate on building teams one by one for the tier instead of building teams all around the tiers.

Does someone know an approximation on how long it will take until we can see the full x and y tier list ?

I would wait until the X and Y strategies are out because then you'll be able to see which movesets are allowed and fit together.
