Tokyo Sonata

I have not seen anything like City and Barcelona with their leagues almost won in January. Very difficult to be overcome or a miracle.Today I will see one of the best matches of the premier league. You have to enjoy this show.

So why have Chelsea bought Barkley... Is he better than Pedro or Willian who can't get get into the team? Is he better than Fabregas who can barely get into the team? In midfield they have Kante, Drinkwater and Bakayoko so I can't see much room for him there and he's more of an offensive player anyway. Or is he just there to fill up the English quota...?

probably for "depth" even though that still won't stop conte from complaining about the lack of it despite the solutions being at the club he is managing.

Banned deucer.
Better question, why has Barcelona bought Coutinho if:

-They have already won the league
-Coutinho can't play Champions League this season
-Coutinho would have been cheaper in summer
-Barcelona's transfer budget was (in their own words) 60 million euros, and that was before Messi, Ter Stegen and a few others got their new contract (with way bigger salaries), which means Barcelona's revenue has decreased a lot this season

It just doesn't make any sense no matter how you look at it. Wonder where this money is coming from too.

because they can, I don't understand why Wenger didn't cup tie Sanchez or Ozil either, and seems to be considering strengthening rivals.

The only reason I can think of is that it gives Barca the opportunity to rest Iniesta in the league, ensuring he’s 100% perfect for their CL games. They also have a long term view of him taking Iniesta’s creative mantle given that he’s 34 now and probably has at absolute best 3 years left where he can still contribute at a somewhat high level, and even then t will be one game a week most likely. Large expenditure just for that tho...

I think the Barkley deal would make great sense for most clubs, but for Chelsea it’s a strange one. At 15m if he realises anything like the potential he was supposed to have it’ll be an absolute bargain, and even if he doesn’t he’ll still be a quality squad player, the going rate for which in the premier league goes up every year so it’s not necessarily bad business. I just feel sorry for Loftus-Cheek, because he’s gone out on loan to Palace, got himself some games and an England cap, and Chelsea shaft him by buying a very similar player in barkley instead of giving him a chance. Really hope he leaves come the summer.

apparently sanchez to the scum is confirmed. wow

as a fan who watched his side go from 5th to financial insolvency and relegation in the space of a year, a fan who watched us spend a couple of seasons getting out of league 1, a fan who watched money grabbing owners destroy our club (and then a crazy italian man fire 1000 managers in 2 seasons) i used to snort at arsenal fans and their woe stories.

this is the first time i feel for them, you guys are fucked. destined for mediocrity. upsetting because i wanted this to happen to manchester united not the other way round

when did Leeds swoop in an get Sanchez?

Andy Carroll is Injured, Chelsea are after Peter Crouch now... I think Jose has broken Conte completly.

Sanchez to United.. and I literally don't give a fuck lol. Have him, enjoy.

Nothing changes for Arsenal, they're still a mess... the roots of this club.. I mean.. the cancer of this club is still intact.. owners/Wenger being old, stubborn, and stupid... so it doesn't matter who comes in and who go out.

I feel for the players that put their all into matches and truly want success, but we'll see... because there are a lot of players coming up that have a good skillset and game sense.. but there's such a poor group of right now, and once again, thin skinned.

Wenger promising world-class signings to Aubameyang, to get him here... yeah ok. Heard it all before. Why the fuck do we continue to try and boost up our attack, and ignore the defense..

Chelsea is after Emerson and Dzeko for €50m and the loan of Batshuayi. Roma insisting on another €15m in bonuses (but knowing my team the bonus will be something unrealistic and outright ridiculous like winning Ballon d'Or). If Batshuayi isn't included, Roma will look to Daniel fucking Sturridge as a replacement.

I can't believe we haven't learned our lesson from Trashley Cole. Stop bringing in English players ffs.

Announce Mkhitaryan and Aubameyang to Arsenal now!

Tired of having to watch and support players such as Iwobi, Welbeck and Walcott (Thank goodness he has fucked off to Everton). I say this but he will probably score against us when we play them on 3rd February.

Doesn't help that Monreal, Koscielny and Kolasinac are all injured. 3 of our main back line.

Clearly theres a problem. Oxlade has left and has already scored the same amount of goals as in his previous 3 seasons at Arsenal. It really says a lot. Lacazette is already becoming corrupted by Wenger too. Started well and is now 'settling' as an Arsenal player which explains his lack of goals.

100% fine with sanchez leaving. literally no salt or bitterness..

saying that...

that Sanchez intro video, and all the shit he's saying in videos is honestly cringeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

I am wondering how will Man United play for the rest of the season. Regardless of who you support that is a huge January coup. A top player who can play in Champions league too, hopefully he won't fall under the recent no.7 curse

we've just changed our badge to one of the most horrendous things i have ever seen. i don't even want to post it because it makes me angry, so google it if you want to see. sick of football clubs forgetting about history and trying to commercialise the game & clubs we love, absolute laughing stock now
