I think Dragon shouldn't be allowed. That type in particular gives poison a considerably harder time than Flying (which I think in turn should be allowed).

Why isnt psychic banned? Jirachi and slowbro live hits from scolipede and can twave it, gengar isnt too much of a threat because its scarfed and doesnt kill anything till late game assuming everything is weakened, and you have no psychic resist

The infamous Eviolite Twin core completely stops Any Pokemon on the opposing poison team to knock the core down. Chansey+Porygon wall Venusaur, Nidoking, Nidoqueen, Tentacruel and Gengar while Staraptor walls Scolipede with Feather Sance and can remove Nidoqueen/Tentacreuls Hazards. While this team is able to widdle down the Poison Team very efficiently with Seismic Toss and Psychic can help do. However recovery Mega Venusaur can cause quite a problem for the team which is where Starpator comes in and Brave Birds Venusaur down with possibpe support from Thunder Wave Porygon2.

Ok so real short, Meloetta outspeeds everything except Gengar and Scolipede and hits hard OHKO'ing everything on the team after rocks except Tentacruel. Diggersby is there purely as a poison resist possibly checking gengar going for a Sludge Wave vs meloetta to weaken it. It also puts great pressure with Huge Power Earthquake and outspeeds Nidoking with Choice Scarf. The Staraptor is needed with this core so that you won't lose to Megahorn spam from +1 Scolipede.

252 SpA Gengar Sludge Wave vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Diggersby: 96-114 (30.8 - 36.6%) -- 64% chance to 3HKO

This core makes it near impossible for steel to take on flying and successfully beat it. Zapdos can defog away any hazards the steel team has set, now most players would except defog and punish the hazard removal by sending in Bisharp to get the defiant boost which is when you can click heat wave and nearly ohko bisharp. Discharge is just for spreading status around the field and overall just providing paralysis support for the rest of the team. Landorus-I just by itself 6-0es steel with the combo of Earth Power and Focus Blast steel has a slim chance to win only Scizor+Skarmory can live the attack once then are picked off the second time. The rest are just ohkoed by Earth Power or Focus Blast. Charizard Y with the 2 moves of Flamethrower can ohko all of steel with Flamethrower alone and finishes off Heatran in 2 attacks with Focus Blast.

Will be uploaded soon.

volcanion + keldeo
Volcanion @ Choice Specs / Expert Belt
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA
- Steam Eruption
- Sludge Wave / Earth Power
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Keldeo @ Leftovers
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Scald
- Secret Sword

If well played, this core pretty much 6-0s that steel team (or most steel builds in general). Keldeo sets up on half the team (skarm wws it ferro power whips it and doublade can technically sd on it but fears scald) and volcanion beats everything that keldeo doesnt. If i really fucking hated steel i would use ebelt and since i'm supposed to demolish that team i should let volcanion switch moves. FR though specs is better in more mus but it really eases 50/50s with ebelt. if u get rocks up (yes you should be getting rocks up you have multiple great rockers on water even if they're not a part of the core) and keldeo gets to +2 u can just scald skarm and doublade (+2 252 SpA Keldeo Scald vs. 240 HP / 16 SpD Eviolite Doublade: 297-349 (93.1 - 109.4%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO) pretty freely and just win from there.

Hydreigon @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Roost
- Fire Blast
- Dark Pulse
- Draco Meteor

Mandibuzz (F) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Foul Play
- Roost
- Taunt
- Defog

Seeing as how the Heatran isn't running Flash Cannon, Hydreigon pretty much solos this team by just clicking Dark Pulse and Fire Blast whenever the situation calls for it. Dark Pulse 2HKOs the Heatran set and everything else goes down to Fire Blast. Even with Heatran's Flash Fire activated Fire Blast does a max of 58.2% and is beaten by Hydreigon 1 v 1 either way. Mandibuzz beats the rest as they are all things that can be Taunted and Foul Played down.

252 SpA Life Orb Hydreigon Dark Pulse vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Heatran: 157-187 (48.6 - 57.8%) -- 94.9% chance to 2HKO
252+ SpA Flash Fire Heatran Fire Blast vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Hydreigon: 161-190 (49.3 - 58.2%) -- 98.8% chance to 2HKO
