Dragonite seems like a worse
mence, which makes me sad.

But it has Flying STAB and multiscale, which is enough to make me try it out at least.

Clearly HP flying.

In terms of the new drops, I'm excited about using mega-maw :3
A powerful priority user is one thing this meta was lacking.

I would like to suggest that we put together a DUU ev spread compendium. As we develop the meta I think it's important that we establish standards and basics to help new players pick it up easier. Also I have a bad memory.

Taking back what I said earlier about Dragonite, T-Wave + Sky Drop seems very cool for disrupting, and it can also provide other speed support in ESpeed and Tailwind. Plus Multiscale + Roost ensures it can take hits to keep on disrupting throughout the battle. Cool mon.

hi! even tho ORAS has come to a close i just couldn't stand not posting this fun team that carried me through to victory in n1n1's duu tour, ending off 5-1 : )

The team's conception started off w/ me wanting to build around Specs Gardevoir + Krookodile, a pair that seemed really devastating when supported properly (which is true ohlordy). Krook mauls the steels Gard hates while having intimidate to bolster her terrible defense. Earthquake & Knock Off smack everything hard in tier whilst stone edge smacks Heattom, Volc, Maero, Mence while getting around wide guard. I opted for Telepathy on Gard bc having the ability spam EQ comfortably when Gard is firing off Moonblasts/Dazzling Memes is vital. Threw on my Obligatory Mence™ for tailwind and being a fantastic mon in general never ceasing to put in work with it's coverage, also supplies even more intimidate which is nice. Next i chose MegaStoise being an all around solid mon and filling the water type slot i desired, decided on Spout/DPulse/Ice Beam bc i didn't want to forfeit the ability to smack waters/ice types and spout is just too good not to use. Which is why the final slot on Gard is healing wish in cases where i need Blastoise's HP replenished. Jynx provides fake out and a nice speed tier being faster than modest mence which is always a huge threat. Opting for mono ice coverage may seem strange but Lovely Kiss is an amazing move (when it hits) bypassing normal sleep checks being safety goggles and putting to bed things it can't touch :]. Trick Room is both the panic button against TR teams and a potential win con if the situation presents itself, either when getting up tailwind isn't a possibilty or if paired up against faster teams. Heattom is the final member of the squad as i wanted a safeguard against shit like Serperior Maero Steels etc and having another EQ immune is always nice. Standard moveset, decided on HP Ice which has a decent chance to KO mence after a round of LO. (could be replaced w/ trick)
