How to get:
Deposit tentacool in the gts followed by your In-Game-Name.
If you have trouble finding one go to the north part of Hano Beach where water spots are moving.
Encounter it and that's tentacool (100% encounter ratio)
Pokemon Info:
All of the mons will have bad IVs but they will be hyper trained in their useful stats.
I will only breed for it's useful nature and IV 0 on either attack or speed.
So on the GTS set the request level to "91 or higher" when you ask for certain specie.
