[OVERVIEW]

Fidgit is the face of Trick Room in CAP. With Persistent, Fidgit's Trick Room is extended by two turns, letting Trick Room attackers wreak havoc longer without being interrupted, which makes Trick Room one of the metagame's most effective team archetypes. Furthermore, with good defensive stats and a unique typing, Fidgit can set up Trick Room even twice per battle and act as a Tapu Koko and Mega Crucibelle check. Alternatively, Fidgit can utilize its good Speed tier and run a unique pivot set that can remove or set entry hazards and threaten common cores such as Heatran + Jumbao. However, Fidgit lacks reliable recovery, meaning it can be worn down quickly. Additionally, Fidgit's damage output is passable only if hitting super effectively, so it has to play rather aggressively to maintain momentum.

Moves

Earth Power is a Ground-type STAB attack that isn't weakened by Tapu Bulu's Grassy Terrain and chips down Heatran, Magearna, Mega Crucibelle, and Volkraken. Alternatively, Sludge Bomb deals heavy damage to Jumbao and Tapu Bulu, which can punch holes into Trick Room teams. Rapid Spin prevents the opponent from stacking hazards, allowing Fidgit's teammates more freedom to switch. Stealth Rock can be utilized by another teammate such as Mega Camerupt to improve the team's matchup against stall teams, as Fidgit can rarely set up Stealth Rock with the presence of Mega Sableye. In this case, Spikes can be run to stack with the teammate's Stealth Rock.

Set Details
========

Investing 208 Special Defense EVs allows Fidgit to survive many special attacks, including Life Orb Syclant's Ice Beam and Mega Latios's Psychic, as well as giving it a chance to survive Choice Scarf Volkraken's Hydro Pump. 48 Defense EVs and a Bold nature let Fidgit survive Choice Band Syclant's Icicle Crash, Choice Band Zygarde's Thousand Arrows, offensive Landorus-T's Earthquake, and Colossoil's Earthquake and give it a chance to survive Mega Medicham's Zen Headbutt. Fidgit can recover a large portion of its HP with its Iapapa Berry, allowing it to set Trick Room again later in the match.

Usage Tips
========

During Team Preview, scan the opposing team for Taunt users like Tapu Koko, Heatran, and Tomohawk and for powerful wallbreakers like Tapu Lele, Volkraken, Greninja, and Mega Alakazam. The opponent may try to use these Pokemon as anti-leads, so be wary of leading with Fidgit. When leading, Fidgit will want to use Trick Room while it's healthy, so set Trick Room first. If the opponent leads with Heatran or Tapu Koko against Fidgit, use Earth Power instead of Trick Room to punish these Taunt users. Fidgit's offensive move should be used only when it can wear down or KO a relevant threat; otherwise, it's better to use a utility move or switch out. Sometimes, Stealth Rock cannot be set up immediately during the first few turns of the battle. Instead, look for an opening mid-game for Fidgit to come back in and use it, as it's usually more important that Fidgit preserve its HP to set up Trick Room later in the match and to switch to an offensive teammate as soon as possible. If running Spikes, most of the time it is worth setting only one layer at a time. When Fidgit is low on health, it can be sacked to give an offensive teammate a free switch in.

Team Options
========

This set should be used exclusively on Trick Room teams. The best secondary Trick Room setter that pairs with Fidgit is Slowking, due to its ability to take on Volkraken, wide coverage, and access to Future Sight. However, additional Trick Room setters like Snaelstrom, Magearna, Cyclohm, Uxie, and Cresselia are also usable. Standard Trick Room attackers appreciate Fidgit's extended Trick Room. Some common cores include Mega Camerupt paired with Pursuit Escavalier and Mega Mawile paired with Tapu Bulu, but other attackers like Alolan Marowak, Hoopa-U, Crawdaunt by themselves are viable. Notably, two bulky Grass-types are extremely useful for Trick Room teams because of their key resistances. Swords Dance Tapu Bulu with Rockium Z or Life Orb provides offensive presence as well as Grassy Terrain, which is very useful for Trick Room teams because it weakens Earthquake and provides passive recovery. Drought Jumbao provides sun support for Mega Mawile's Fire Fang and Mega Camerupt's Fire Blast and improves Trick Room's match up with rain teams. Jumbao also has access to Healing Wish and supplies powerful special moves that can break more physically defensive walls. Both can be run for their combined utility, but usually one is sufficient for checking Ground-types and Ash-Greninja.

Moves
========

Despite Fidgit's low Special Attack, Earth Power and Sludge Bomb can OHKO Pokemon like Heatran, Jumbao, Tapu Lele, Tapu Koko, Smokomodo, and Mega Crucibelle. In its last moveslot, Fidgit should choose the appropriate entry hazard control move for its team. Since Fidgit has access to the rare Rapid Spin and Spikes, they should be considered before Stealth Rock. Hidden Power Ice can be run to 2HKO Landorus-T and Zygarde, but Fidgit misses out on its other utility.

Set Details
========

Iapapa Berry gives Fidgit burst recovery, allowing it to recover more than Black Sludge typically would over a match. However, Black Sludge guarantees that Mega Crucibelle's Head Smash is a 3HKO and heals off Jumbao's Moonblast more reliably. Frisk is the ability of choice, allowing Fidgit to determine which set Magearna, Necturna, or Landorus-T is running by revealing its item upon switching in. However, Vital Spirit is an option to ensure Fidgit can switch into Tangrowth without fearing Sleep Powder.

Usage Tips
========

Fidgit should switch into Jumbao and force it out, which buys Fidgit a free turn to set or remove entry hazards. If Fidgit does not need to do so, U-turn should be used to gain momentum. It is best only to use Fidgit's STAB moves only when the opponent is weak to them unless fishing for a Sludge Bomb poison chance, so most of the time Fidgit is better off using its utility moves. Although Fidgit is worn down quickly, it can switch into Heatran, Magearna, Tapu Koko, Magnezone, and Mega Crucibelle if needed.

Team Options
========

Fidgit fits on offensive teams that appreciate a switch-in to non-Ice Beam Magearna, Jumbao, Mega Crucibelle, and Tapu Koko and can also exert entry hazard control. Wallbreakers like Choice Specs Volkraken, Mega Pinsir, and Icium Z Kyurem-B all enjoy Fidgit chipping down the aforementioned switch-ins and appreciate the Spikes or Rapid Spin support that Fidgit provides. Mega Pinsir and Volcarona appreciate Fidgit's Rapid Spin support and safe switch-ins with U-turn. Stealth Rock setters like Mega Crucibelle, Landorus-T, and Tomohawk can form powerful hazard stacking cores to wear down the opposing team even faster. Hyper offense teams appreciate Fidgit's hazard control and ability to check Tapu Koko, which can break holes in such a team, so Greninja and Choice Band Syclant are good partners.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Persistent + Tailwind can be run for Tailwind teams, as Persistent grants two extra turns to Tailwind, but these teams lack good secondary setters. If Trick Room Fidgit is not paired with Tapu Bulu and does not run Sludge Bomb, Earthquake is generally a better move to run, as it wears down Mega Crucibelle, Volkraken, and Magearna faster than Earth Power. Mental Herb can be run on the Trick Room set to circumvent Taunt counterleads, but Iapapa Berry's recovery is generally more useful.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Taunt**: Because Fidgit is very reliant on utility moves, Taunt users like Heatran, Tornadus-T, Tomohawk, and Tapu Koko annoy it. It is especially annoying for Trick Room Fidgit due to the move's negative priority. However, Fidgit can threaten Heatran and Tapu Koko with Earth Power, and the niche Mental Herb set can bypass Taunt once entirely.

**Psychic-types**: Fidgit struggles against faster Psychic-types, as it has very limited counterplay to them. Choice Scarf Tapu Lele, Mega Latios, and Mega Alakazam usually force Fidgit out, though bulky Trick Room Fidgit can survive Mega Latios's Psychic. However, offensive pivot Fidgit can use U-turn or Sludge Bomb against Hoopa-U, Mega Medicham, and Choice Specs Tapu Lele.

**Strong Wallbreakers**: Strong wallbreakers that can OHKO bulky Trick Room Fidgit place massive pressure on Fidgit to set up Trick Room effectively, as its teammates don't appreciate taking their attacks either. Some examples include Ash-Greninja, Choice Specs Volkraken, and Kyurem-B.

**Ground-types**: Ground-types like Colossoil, Landorus-T, Gliscor, and Zygarde hit Fidgit super effectively with their STAB moves. Colossoil can use Rebound to bounce Fidgit's entry hazards back, and given Trick Room attackers' general weakness to Ground-types moves, Fidgit worsens this weakness by giving them a mostly safe switch in.

**Other Faster Pokemon**: Pokemon like Greninja, Syclant, and Choice Scarf Volkraken can outspeed Fidgit and hit hard with their STAB moves. Krilowatt and Mega Pinsir can Speed tie with Fidgit and threaten it with Ice Beam and Earthquake, respectively.

**Bulky Pokemon**: Fidgit's low offensive presence leaves it unable to break past bulky Pokemon like Chansey or Ferrothorn. However, they are easy for Fidgit to use U-turn against and do not appreciate a stray Taunt.

OVERVIEW]

- Fidgit is the face of Trick Room in CAP. With Persistent, Fidgit's Trick Room is extended by two whole turns, letting Trick Room abusers wreak havoc longer without being interrupted. Its worth mentioning some of the other notable effects persistent procs on, namely tailwind and gravity somewhere.
- Fidgit has just enough bulk to set up Trick Room reliably, and by abusing Iapapa Berry, Fidgit can have enough HP to set up Trick Room again or use Stealth Rock.
- Its typing naturally allows it to check offensive threats like Tapu Koko, Mega Crucibelle, and Jumbao.
- Outside of abusing Trick Room, though, Fidgit has some problems, mostly due to middling bulk when Speed EVs must be invested, as its Speed tier that outspeeds base 100s is valuable. Its interesting how you phrased this in a way that glosses over how good Fidgits speed tier is for outspeeding mons such as Colo, Zyg, and Lando. This is the main reason why Fidgit can use tailwind well, it doesn't have to sit and eat an EQ before it sets up as opposed to tr.
- Thus, many of Fidgit's utility options go unused due to the ease at which it is worn down.
- However, as the only Ground-type that can reliably deal with Jumbao, Fidgit has a small niche on offensive teams, as it can set Spikes or remove hazards while soft-checking Mega Crucibelle and Tapu Koko and providing momentum or Tailwind.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

- Trick Room flips the speed tables, letting the slower Pokemon on the field move first.
- Stealth Rock chips down switch-ins, breaks Focus Sashes, and provides great role compression against non-stall teams.
- Earthquake lets Fidgit check Tapu Koko, Volkraken, Magnezone, Mega Diancie, Heatran, and Mega Crucibelle which can give Trick Room teams trouble. It generally does more damage to most Ground-type weak targets due to their lower physical defense, particularly Mega Crucibelle and Assault Vest Magearna Does this hold true under Grassy Terrain? Whether or not it does would be something good to mention, save people some calcing.
- Earth Power, however, is an alternate STAB Ground-type attack that isn't weakened by Tapu Bulu's Grassy Terrain.
- Sludge Bomb is a good alternative to deal heavy damage to Jumbao and Tapu Bulu, which can punch holes into Trick Room teams.
- Rapid Spin clears away Stealth Rock for hazard weak teammates like Marowak-A. Preventing spike-stacking allows Fidgit's teammates more freedom when double switching.
- However, if the hazard removal isn't required. U-turn lets Fidgit escape and capitalizes on a switch, but Fidgit's remaining HP is generally more useful to set up Trick Room again later in the match.
- Hidden Power Ice can be used to chip down Ground-types like Landorus-T and Zygarde that give Trick Room teams trouble, but Fidgit's other moves are generally more useful.
- Stealth Rock can be forgone to another teammate such as Marowak-A, Mega Mawile, or Mega Camerupt to improve the matchup against stall teams, as Fidgit can rarely set up Stealth Rock with the presence of Mega Sableye. In this case, Fidgit should pick a listed attacking move or another list utility option.

Set Details
========

- 252 HP and 208 Special Defense EVs lets Fidgit survive many special attacks, including Life Orb Syclant's Ice Beam and Mega Latios's Psychic. The investment also gives Fidgit a chance to survive Heatran's Tectonic Rage and Choice Scarf Volkraken's Hydro Pump.
- The aforementioned HP EVs combined with 28 Defense EVs, and a Bold nature lets Fidgit survive Choice Band Zygarde's Thousand Arrows, offensive Landorus-T's Earthquake, and Colossoil's Earthquake.
- Iapapa Berry allows Fidgit to recover after tanking one of the aforementioned attacks, meaning it can set up Trick Room or exert hazard control later in the match.
- The remaining 20 Atk EVs are to allow Fidgit to OHKO Heatran after Stealth Rock damage with Earthquake. However, if either Earth Power or Sludge Bomb is picked, the 20 EVs should be invested in Special Attack and the nature should be changed to Bold. Is SpA really the better dump stat as opposed to def/spdef?
- Leaving Fidgit's Speed stat unaffected by nature and IVs allows Fidgit to set hazards in an emergency situation outside of Trick Room, allowing it to provide utility when it cannot set up Trick Room due to its negative priority.
- Mental Herb lets Fidgit take on Taunt leads like Tomohawk, Heatran, Tornadus-T, and Tapu Koko and still set up Trick Room, but Trick Room generally works better. Do you mean the berry?

Usage Tips
========

- Fidgit makes for a great lead on dedicated Trick Room teams, as the given EV spread lets it survive many attacks without being OHKOed. However, Pokemon like Hydro Pump Greninja can muscle past the bulky spread, so be careful.
- Be sure to scout the opposing team before sending out Fidgit against Taunt users if not running Mental Herb. Example include opposing Tapu Koko, Heatran, Syclant, Greninja, and Tomohawk.
- Trick Room is usually the best first move; due to its -6 priority, Fidgit wants to set it up when its HP is full.
- If the opponent leads with Heatran against Fidgit, using Earthquake or Earth Power instead of Trick Room can severely chip it as it tries to use Taunt.
- Fidgit's offensive move should be used only when necessary, as not using a utility option or using its Trick Room abusing partners loses momentum.
- If Fidgit does not activate its Iapapa Berry on turn 1, hazard damage and weak attacks can push it into range if needed.
- Sometimes Stealth Rock cannot be set up immediately on the first few turns of the battle. Instead, look for an opening in the mid-game for Fidgit to come back in and use it. It's more important to have more Trick Room turns available.
- Fidgit can be used later in the match to set up Trick Room again when healthy or to allow a healthier setter or another Trick Room abuser to have a safe switch-in.

Team Options
========

- This set should be used exclusively on Trick Room teams.
- The best secondary setter that pairs with Fidgit is Slowking, due to its ability to take on Volkraken while still providing offensive presence. However, other secondary Trick Room setters like Magearna, Cyclohm, Mimikyu, and Cresselia are servicable.
- Trick Room abusers like Mega Mawile, Marowak-A, Mega Camerupt, Crawdaunt, and Escavalier appreciate Fidgit's extended Trick Room. Two extra turns may not seem that helpful, but these abusers have more turns to punch holes into the opposing team without being forced out so soon.
- Two bulky Grass-types support Trick Room teams very well. Jumbao provides immense support to Trick Room teams by boosting Fire-type coverage for Mega Mawile, Marowak-A, and Mega Camerupt, providing Healing Wish, and supplying powerful special moves like STAB Moonblast. However, Swords Dance Tapu Bulu with Rockium Z or Life Orb provides offensive presence as well as Grassy Terrain, which is very useful for Trick Room teams due to its weakening of Earthquake and passive recovery. Both can be run for their combined utility, but usually one is sufficient for checking Ground-types and Greninja-Ash.
- On some Trick Room teams, two setters are sufficient if the team has a sweeper that functions after Trick Room turns end. It needs to be able to outspeed most Choice Scarf users after a boost to be effective, so examples include Triage Bulk Up Revenankh, Choice Scarf Kartana, Double Dance Landorus-T, and Shift Gear Magearna. Note that Trick Room turns need to be planned in advance, so don't use Trick Room with Fidgit or a secondary setter if your sweeper needs to set up if Trick Room isn't about to expire.

Moves
========

- Spikes is a rather uncommon entry hazard that Fidgit sets well, chipping opposing switch-ins.
- Rapid Spin removes entry hazards on Fidgit's side of the field if hazard removal is needed.
- Toxic Spikes is an alternative that targets bulkier teams, but Spikes hits more targets.
- Stealth Rock can be used if Fidgit has no other teammate to set it, but the main draw for Fidgit is its access to Spikes.
- Sludge Bomb achieves an OHKO on bulky Jumbao after Stealth Rock or poison damage and a 2HKO on specially defensive Tapu Bulu and Tapu Lele.
- Earth Power allows Fidgit to OHKO Heatran after Stealth Rock damage, check Tapu Koko and Mega Crucibelle, and chip down Magearna.
- Earthquake OHKOs Mega Crucibelle and deals much more damage to Assault Vest Magearna, but it requires a suboptimal nature.
- U-turn preserves momentum in Fidgit's favor.
- However, Tailwind can be used to support slower wallbreakers that appreciate Fidgit's entry hazards.

Set Details
========

- Maximum speed EV investment allows Fidgit to tie with Mega Pinsir and Krilowatt, as well as outspeed Jumbao, Tapu Lele, and Volkraken.
- Maximum HP investment gives Fidgit some extra padding against weak attacks, as investing in Special Attack generally isn't worth it.
- If Earthquake is run, to prevent Sludge Bomb from losing power, a Naive nature should be run, along with an EV spread of 236 HP / 20 Atk / 252 Spe, which achieves the same rolls as Earth Power.
- Iapapa Berry gives Fidgit burst recovery, allowing it to recover more than Black Sludge typically would.
- However, Black Sludge guarantees that Mega Crucibelle's Head Smash is a 3HKO.
- Frisk is the ability of choice, allowing Fidgit to determine which set Magearna, Necturna, or Landorus-T is running by revealing their items upon switching in.
- Persistent should be used only alongside Tailwind, and it gives Tailwind an additional two turns of doubles speed.

Usage Tips
========

- Fidgit should leverage momentum against Mega Crucibelle, Choice-locked Tapu Koko and Magnezone, and Jumbao with good double switches or VoltTurn partners.
- If using Spikes, use Spikes once if the opponent has a hazard remover, as Fidgit can use the turns to gain momentum instead of setting up more layers of Spikes. After the hazard remover is KOed, try to get up as many Spikes as possible to achieve as much chip damage as possible.
- U-turn is a good move to use to gain momentum against these prominent offensive threats as they switch out. Mention this directly after you list the "prominent offensive threats" so its more obvious who you're referring to.
- Tailwind is best used when Fidgit is about to go down and if another layer of Spikes will not be helpful. Maximizing Tailwind turns helps Fidgit's wallbreaking teammates outspeed some faster threats on the opposing team for a longer period of time.
- It is best only to use Fidgit's STAB moves only when the opponent is weak to them, unless fishing for a Sludge Bomb poison chance. Otherwise, Fidgit's low damage output will forfeit momentum to the opponent's team.

Team Options
========

- Offensive teams that appreciate a switch-in to non-Ice Beam Magearna, Jumbao, Mega Crucibelle, and Tapu Koko that can also set Spikes appreciate this set.
- Slower wallbreakers like Life Orb Tomohawk, Choice Specs Volkraken, Mega Pinsir, and Icium Z Kyurbem all enjoy Fidgit chipping down the aforementioned switch-ins to be worn down and appreciate the Spikes or Rapid Spin support that Fidgit provides. Tailwind allows these wallbreakers to outspeed even Unburden Hawlucha. Fidgit also checks koko and cruci for them while they can pressure Mega Sab.
- Mega Pinsir and Volcarona appreciate Fidgit's Rapid Spin support and safe switch-ins with U-turn.
- Stealth Rock setters like Mega Crucibelle, Landorus-T, and Tomohawk can form powerful hazard-stacking cores to wear down the opposing teams even faster.
- Hyper offense teams appreciate Fidgit's hazard control and ability to check Tapu Koko, who can break holes in such a team, so Greninja and Syclant are great partners with Fidgit.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

- Knock Off can remove items, but Fidgit appreciates hazard removal more often.
- Hidden Power Ice, alongside 52 Special Attack EVs can lure and 2HKO Zygarde, Gliscor, and Landorus-T, but Fidgit generally doesn't have the moveslot for it.
- Taunt and Encore are good options with Fidgit's high speed, but its damage output makes this usually a disappointing option, as usually it must immediately U-turn to preserve momentum.
- Skill Swap can be used to set up hazards against Mega Sableye.
- Wish is Fidgit's most reliable recovery in conjunction with Protect. With a HP stat of 95, it can pass decently-sized Wishes to its teammates.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Taunt**: Because Fidgit is very reliant on utility moves, Taunt users like Heatran, Tornadus-T, Tomohawk, and Tapu Koko annoy Fidgit. It is especially annoying for Trick Room Fidgit, as Fidgit will be slower than the Taunt user on the turn it sets up Trick Room. However, Taunt can last only so long, and Fidgit can still pivot with U-turn or use a STAB move. Mention Mental Berry

**Psychic-types**: Fidgit struggles against faster Psychic-types, as it has very limited counterplay to them. Choice Scarf Tapu Lele, Mega Latios, and Mega Alakazam usually force Fidgit out, though bulky Trick Room Fidgit can live a Mega Latios Psychic. However, Fidgit can use U-turn or Sludge Bomb against Choice Specs Tapu Lele and Hoopa-U.

**Ground-types**: Ground-types like Colossoil, Landorus-T, Gliscor, and Zygarde hit Fidgit super effectively with their STAB moves. Colossoil can use Rebound to bounce Fidgit's hazards back, and given Trick Room abusers' general weakness to Ground-types moves, Fidgit worsens this weakness by giving them a mostly safe switch-in. However, the Trick Room EV spread allows Fidgit to survive most Ground-type moves, so be wary on a first turn scenario.

**Other Faster Pokemon**: Pokemon like Greninja, Syclant, and Choice Scarf Volkraken can outspeed Fidgit and hit hard with their STAB moves. Krilowatt and Mega Pinsir can speed-tie and threaten Fidgit with Ice Beam and Earthquake, respectively.

**Bulky Pokemon**: Fidgit's low offensive presence leaves it troubled to break past bulky Pokemon like Chansey or Ferrothorn. However, they are easy for Fidgit to use U-turn against and do not appreciate a stray Taunt or Encore.
I feel like there should be some mention of powerful wallbreakers that can ohko the TR set due to the lack of focus sash, such as Specs Volkraken, Mega Medicham, Crawdaunt, etc. It could also be worth mentioning water types in general since they don't really respect Fidgits STAB moves and can pressure it with 2hkos/ohkos.

[Overview]

You forgot to put [Overview] above the section.

- Fidgit has just enough bulk to set up Trick Room reliably, and by abusing Iapapa Berry, Fidgit can have enough HP to set up Trick Room again or use Stealth Rock.
I dont think "and by abusing Iapapa Berry, Fidgit can have enough HP to set up Trick Room again or use Stealth Rock" is really something to put in the Overview.

- Its typing naturally allows it to check offensive threats like Tapu Koko, Mega Crucibelle, and Jumbao.
Its Speed definitely helps in checking Jumbao because offensive variants 2HKO slower Fidgits.

- Outside of acting as a premier Trick Room setter, Fidgit's high speed allows it to set up Tailwind or pivot with U-turn to outspeed common Ground- and Psychic-type wallbreakers that give it trouble.
"or pivot with U-turn to outspeed common Ground- and Psychic-type wallbreakers that give it trouble." Sounds really weird so try to reword that.

[Trick Room]

[Moves]

- Trick Room flips the speed tables, letting the slower Pokemon on the field move first.
Mention that it particularly benefits its common teammates.

Flip Earth Power and Earthquake around to follow slashing, or change slashing if you believe Earth Power is better than Earthquake.

[Set Details]

- 252 HP and 208 Special Defense EVs lets Fidgit survive many special attacks, including Life Orb Syclant's Ice Beam and Mega Latios's Psychic. The investment also gives Fidgit a chance to survive Heatran's Tectonic Rage and Choice Scarf Volkraken's Hydro Pump.
Heatran doesn't run Tectonic Rage often, if at all, so remove that.

- The aforementioned HP EVs combined with 48 Defense EVs, and a Bold nature lets Fidgit survive Choice Band Zygarde's Thousand Arrows, offensive Landorus-T's Earthquake, and Colossoil's Earthquake and have a chance to survive Mega Medicham's Zen Headbutt.
There's 28 Defense EVs on the current set, so change that.

- If Earthquake is run, 20 Atk EVs should be moved from Defense, and an Impish nature should be run, which allow Fidgit to OHKO Heatran after Stealth Rock damage with Earthquake. Fidgit will still survive the aforementioned Ground-type moves, but Mega Medicham's Zen Headbutt has a high chance to OHKO.
Pretty sure you mean "should be moved from Special Attack".

[Usage Tips]

- Fidgit makes for a great lead on dedicated Trick Room teams, as the given EV spread lets it survive many attacks without being OHKOed. However, Pokemon like Hydro Pump Greninja can muscle past the bulky spread, so be careful.
Mention that this bulk lets it set up Trick Room fairly reliably. "Hydro Pump" Greninja isnt a Pokemon. Maybe make that a more generalized point on how strong wallbreakers with super effective STAB moves, such as Greninja and Tapu Lele etc. can break past it.

- If Fidgit does not activate its Iapapa Berry on turn 1, hazard damage and weak attacks can push it into range if needed.
Is this really a Usage Tip? Just delete it imo.

- Sometimes Stealth Rock cannot be set up immediately on the first few turns of the battle. Instead, look for an opening in the mid-game for Fidgit to come back in and use it. It's more important to have more Trick Room turns available.
What does " It's more important to have more Trick Room turns available." have to do with the point you're trying to get across? The connection is a bit vague.

[Team Options]

- The best secondary setter that pairs with Fidgit is Slowking, due to its ability to take on Volkraken while still providing offensive presence. However, other secondary Trick Room setters like Magearna, Cyclohm, Mimikyu, and Cresselia are servicable.
Mention Uxie here aswell, and remove Mimikyu.

[Fast Hazard Control]

[Moves]

- Sludge Bomb achieves an OHKO on bulky Jumbao after Stealth Rock or poison damage and a 2HKO on specially defensive Tapu Bulu and Tapu Lele.
Specify Assault Vest Tapu Bulu.

[Usage Tips]

- If using Spikes, use Spikes once if the opponent has a hazard remover, as Fidgit can use the turns to gain momentum instead of setting up more layers of Spikes. After the hazard remover is KOed, try to get up as many Spikes as possible to achieve as much chip damage as possible.
You can definitely get up more Spikes even when their hazard remover is alive, just to apply additional pressure.

- It is best only to use Fidgit's STAB moves only when the opponent is weak to them, unless fishing for a Sludge Bomb poison chance. Otherwise, Fidgit's low damage output will forfeit momentum to the opponent's team.
So be more clear that utility moves are usually better to go for.

[Team Options]

- Stealth Rock setters like Mega Crucibelle, Landorus-T, and Tomohawk can form powerful hazard-stacking cores to wear down the opposing teams even faster.
Mega Crucibelle and Landorus-T benefit from U-turn support.

- Hyper offense teams appreciate Fidgit's hazard control and ability to check Tapu Koko, who can break holes in such a team, so Greninja and Syclant are great partners with Fidgit.
Spikes variants are also fine with these Pokemon, because you free up a slot on them.

[Other Options]

- Hidden Power Ice, alongside 52 Special Attack EVs can lure and 2HKO Zygarde, Gliscor, and Landorus-T, but Fidgit generally doesn't have the moveslot for it.
This was mentioned in Moves.

- Skill Swap can be used to set up hazards against Mega Sableye.
- Wish is Fidgit's most reliable recovery in conjunction with Protect. With a HP stat of 95, it can pass decently-sized Wishes to its teammates.
But why would I not use them.

[Checks and Counters]

**Strong Wallbreakers**: Strong wallbreakers that can OHKO bulky Trick Room Fidgit place massive pressure on Fidgit to set up Trick Room effectively, as its teammates don't appreciate taking these Pokemons' attacks either. Some examples include Hoopa-U, Medicham-Mega, Choice Specs Volkraken, Crawdaunt, and Kyurem-B.
Remove Hoopa-U and Mega Medicham because you already mention these in Psychic-types.

However, Fidgit can use U-turn or Sludge Bomb against Hoopa-U and Choice Specs Tapu Lele.
Mention Mega Medicham.

- With good defensive stats and unique typing, it set up Trick Room even twice per battle and can act as a Tapu Koko and Mega Crucibelle check for these teams.
- Utilizing its speed tier, Fidgit can also run a unique pivot set that can remove or set hazards and threaten common cores such as Heatran + Jumbao.
[Add a point about Fidgit's utility moves, as its massive support movepool helps it a lot]
- However, Fidgit lacks reliable recovery, meaning it can be worn down quickly.
- Additionally, Fidgit doesn't hit all that hard if not hitting super effectively, so it has to play rather aggressively to maintain momentum.

- Earth Power is a STAB Ground-type attack that isn't weakened by Tapu Bulu's Grassy Terrain and chips down Heatran, Magearna, Mega Crucibelle and Volkraken.
- Alternatively, Sludge Bomb deals heavy damage to Jumbao and Tapu Bulu, which can punch holes into Trick Room teams.
- Rapid Spin prevents hazard-stacking, which allows Fidgit's teammates more freedom to switch.
- Stealth Rock can be forgone to another teammate such as Marowak-A, Mega Mawile, or Mega Camerupt to improve the matchup against stall teams, as Fidgit can rarely set up Stealth Rock with the presence of Mega Sableye. [Mention Spikes here, as this also allows Fidgit to use other kinds of entry hazards]

Set Details
========

- 252 HP and 208 Special Defense EVs lets Fidgit survive many special attacks, including Life Orb Syclant's Ice Beam and Mega Latios's Psychic. The investment also gives Fidgit a chance to survive Choice Scarf Volkraken's Hydro Pump.
- The aforementioned HP EVs combined with 48 Defense EVs, and a Bold nature lets Fidgit survive Choice Band Syclant's Icicle Crash, Choice Band Zygarde's Thousand Arrows, offensive Landorus-T's Earthquake, and Colossoil's Earthquake and have a chance to survive Mega Medicham's Zen Headbutt.
- Iapapa Berry allows Fidgit to recover a large portion of its HP, allowing it to set Trick Room again later in the match.

Usage Tips
========

- During team preview, scan the opposing team for Taunt users like Tapu Koko, Heatran, and Tomohawk and for powerful wallbreakers like Tapu Lele, Volkraken, Greninja, and Mega Alakazam. The opponent may try to use these Pokemon as anti-leads, so be wary of leading with Fidgit.
- If leading with Fidgit, Trick Room is usually the best first move. Due to its -6 priority, Fidgit wants to set it up when its HP is full.
- If the opponent leads with Heatran against Fidgit, using Earth Power instead of Trick Room, as it will likely use Taunt.
- Fidgit's offensive move should be used only when necessary, as not using a utility option or using its Trick Room abusing partners loses momentum.
- Sometimes Stealth Rock cannot be set up immediately during the first few turns of the battle. Instead, look for an opening in the mid-game for Fidgit to come back in and use it. It's usually more important that Fidgit preserves its HP to set up Trick Room later in the match and to switch into Trick Room abusers to start getting damage off against the opposing team.
- Fidgit can be used later in the match to set up Trick Room again when healthy or to allow a healthier setter or another Trick Room abuser to have a safe switch-in.

Team Options
========

- This set should be used exclusively on Trick Room teams.
- The best secondary setter that pairs with Fidgit is Slowking, due to its ability to take on Volkraken while still providing offensive presence. However, other secondary Trick Room setters like Magearna, Cyclohm, Uxie, and Cresselia are servicable.
- Swords Dance Tapu Bulu with Rockium Z or Life Orb provides offensive presence as well as Grassy Terrain, which is very useful for Trick Room teams because it weakens Earthquake and provides passive recovery. Drought Jumbao provides Sun support for Mega Mawile, Marowak-A, and Mega Camerupt and improves Trick Room's match up with rain teams. It also has access to Healing Wish and supplies powerful special moves that most viable Trick Room abusers lack. Both can be run for their combined utility, but usually one is sufficient for checking Ground-types and Ash Greninja.
- Standard Trick Room abusers appreciate Fidgit's extended Trick Room. Some common cores include Mega Camerupt + Escavalier + Tapu Bulu and Mega Mawile + Marowak-A + Tapu Bulu, [Bulu is already mentioned above, so talking about it here is redundant, especially when both cores use it] but other abusers like Crawdaunt are viable. Two extra turns may not seem that helpful, but these abusers have more turns to punch holes into the opposing team without being forced out so soon.
- On some most [You make it sound like more than 2 setters is the standard, when 2 is usually enough] Trick Room teams, two setters are sufficient if the team has a sweeper that functions after Trick Room turns end. It needs to be able to outspeed most Choice Scarf users after a boost to be effective, so examples include Triage Bulk Up Revenankh, Double Dance Landorus-T, and Shift Gear Magearna [Add Shell Smash Necturna]. Note that Trick Room turns need to be planned in advance, so don't use Trick Room with Fidgit or a secondary setter [If you remove this, the reader should still realize that they shouldn't use TR with any setter] if your sweeper needs to set up if Trick Room isn't about to expire [I don't understand what you mean with this last part, either delete it or reword it to be clearer].

Moves
========

- Despite Fidgit's low Special Attack, Earth Power and Sludge Bomb can OHKO top metagame Pokemon like Heatran, Jumbao, Tapu Lele, Tapu Koko, and Mega Crucibelle.
- Fidgit is one of few viable users of Rapid Spin and can use the free turns it generates to remove hazards.
- Alternatively, Fidgit can set Spikes to wear down the opposing team.
- Fidgit can also set Stealth Rock if no other teammate can. [Saying that Fidgit should use its last moveslot on an utility move that fits its team should be enough, there is no reason to go into detail for each move, as they are all self-explanatory]
- Hidden Power Ice can be run to 2HKO Landorus-T and Zygarde, but it generally finds more utility with its other moves.

Set Details
========

- Iapapa Berry gives Fidgit burst recovery, allowing it to recover more than Black Sludge typically would.
- However, Black Sludge guarantees that Mega Crucibelle's Head Smash is a 3HKO and heals off Jumbao's Moonblast more reliably.
- Frisk is the ability of choice, allowing Fidgit to determine which set Magearna, Necturna, or Landorus-T is running by revealing their items upon switching in.
- However, Vital Spirit is an option to ensure Fidgit can switch into Tangrowth without fearing the rare Sleep Powder.

Usage Tips
========

- Fidgit should switch into the very common Jumbao and force it out, which buys it a free turn to use hazard control or pivot with U-turn. Although Fidgit is worn down quickly, it can switch into Heatran, Magearna, Tapu Koko, Magnezone, and Mega Crucibelle if needed.
- It is best only to use Fidgit's STAB moves only when the opponent is weak to them, unless fishing for a Sludge Bomb poison chance, so most of the time Fidgit is better off using utility moves.
[Add a point about when to use U-Turn]

Team Options
========

- Offensive teams that appreciate a switch-in to non-Ice Beam Magearna, Jumbao, Mega Crucibelle, and Tapu Koko that can also set Spikes [It's weird mentioning Spikes specifically when it's not even the first move slashed] appreciate this set.
- Slower wallbreakers like Life Orb Tomohawk, Choice Specs Volkraken, Mega Pinsir, and Icium Z Kyurem-B all enjoy Fidgit chipping down the aforementioned switch-ins to be worn down and appreciate the Spikes or Rapid Spin support that Fidgit provides.

=============

- Persistent + Tailwind can be run for Tailwind teams, as Persistent grants two extra turns to Tailwind, but these teams are rather niche.
- If Trick Room Fidgit is not paired with Tapu Bulu and does not run Sludge Bomb, Earthquake is generally a better move to run, as it wears down Mega Crucibelle, Volkraken, and Magearna faster than Earth Power.
- Mental Herb can be run on Trick Room to circumvent Taunt counterleads, but the recovery that Iapapa Berry brings [This just explains mechanics] is generally much more useful, as Fidgit should not be send out against the obvious counterlead.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Taunt**: Because Fidgit is very reliant on utility moves, Taunt users like Heatran, Tornadus-T, Tomohawk, and Tapu Koko annoy Fidgit. [Mention how Heatran and Koko need to be wary of Fidgit's coverage] It is especially annoying for Trick Room Fidgit, as Fidgit will be slower than the Taunt user on the turn it sets up Trick Room. However, Taunt can last only so long, Fidgit can still pivot with U-turn or use a STAB move, and Mental Herb can bypass Taunt once entirely.

**Strong Wallbreakers**: Strong wallbreakers that can OHKO bulky Trick Room Fidgit place massive pressure on Fidgit to set up Trick Room effectively, as its teammates don't appreciate taking these Pokemons' attacks either. Some examples include Ash Greninja, Choice Specs Volkraken, Crawdaunt, [This is too niche to be worth mentioning] and Kyurem-B.

**Psychic-types**: Fidgit struggles against faster Psychic-types, as it has very limited counterplay to them. Choice Scarf Tapu Lele, Mega Latios, and Mega Alakazam, usually force Fidgit out, though bulky Trick Room Fidgit can live a Mega Latios Psychic. However, offensive pivot Fidgit can use U-turn or Sludge Bomb against Hoopa-U, Mega Medicham, and Choice Specs Tapu Lele.

However, they are easy for Fidgit to use U-turn against and do not appreciate a stray Taunt or Encore [Encore is not mentioned anywhere else in the analysis].

Remove Alolan Marowak, nobody uses it at this point in time.

Reword this so it doesn't sound like you should be using these Pokemon instead of Slowking, because there's literally no reason to not use Slowking, even when using these Pokemon.

Drought Jumbao provides Sun support for Mega Mawile, Marowak-A, and Mega Camerupt and improves Trick Room's match up with rain teams.
Delete Alolan Marowak.

supplies powerful special moves that most viable Trick Room abusers lack.
Why is this notable?

Mega Mawile + Marowak-A
No Alolan Marowak.

Some Trick Room teams can utilize a sweeper that functions after Trick Room turns end. It needs to be able to outspeed most Choice Scarf users after a boost to be effective, so examples include Triage Bulk Up Revenankh, Double Dance Landorus-T, Shell Smash Necturna, and Shift Gear Magearna.
Honestly, this is so niche, just remove it.

I don't think this sentence is finished?

Mental Herb can be run on Trick Room to circumvent Taunt counterleads, but Iapapa Berry is generally much more useful, as Fidgit should not be send out against the obvious counterlead.
"as Fidgit should not be send out against the obvious counterlead", this isn't really a good point as to why you wouldn't want to use Mental Herb, because Mental Herb allows Fidgit to lead against the obvious counterlead.

As a more general note, you should check the analyses on some grammar errors, because I noticed a few.

Frisk is the ability of choice, allowing Fidgit to determine which set Magearna, Necturna, or Landorus-T is running by revealing their items upon switching in. However, Vital Spirit is an option to ensure Fidgit can switch into Tangrowth without fearing Sleep Powder.

Usage Tips
========

Fidgit should switch into the very common Jumbao and force it out, which buys it Fidgit a free turn to use hazard control set or remove entry hazards. If Fidgit does not need to use its hazard control do so, U-turn should be used to gain momentum. It is best only to use Fidgit's STAB moves only when the opponent is weak to them, (RC) unless fishing for a Sludge Bomb poison chance, so most of the time Fidgit is better off using its utility moves. Although Fidgit is worn down quickly, it can switch into Heatran, Magearna, Tapu Koko, Magnezone, and Mega Crucibelle if needed.

Team Options
========

Fidgit fits on offensive teams that appreciate a switch-in to non-Ice Beam Magearna, Jumbao, Mega Crucibelle, and Tapu Koko and can also exert entry hazard control. Wallbreakers like Choice Specs Volkraken, Mega Pinsir, and Icium Z Kyurem-B all enjoy Fidgit chipping down the aforementioned switch-ins to be worn down and appreciate the Spikes or Rapid Spin support that Fidgit provides. Mega Pinsir and Volcarona appreciate Fidgit's Rapid Spin support and safe switch-ins with U-turn. Stealth Rock setters like Mega Crucibelle, Landorus-T, and Tomohawk can form powerful hazard stacking (RH) cores to wear down the opposing teams even faster. Hyper offense teams appreciate Fidgit's hazard control and ability to check Tapu Koko, who which can break holes in such a team, so Greninja and Choice Band Syclant are good partners.

Other Options
=============

Mental Herb can be run on Trick Room to circumvent Taunt counterleads, but Iapapa Berry's recovery is generally more useful.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Taunt**: Because Fidgit is very reliant on utility moves, Taunt users like Heatran, Tornadus-T, Tomohawk, and Tapu Koko annoy Fidgit it. It is especially annoying for Trick Room Fidgit due to its the move's negative priority. However, Fidgit can threaten Heatran and Tapu Koko with Earth Power, and the niche Mental Herb can bypass Taunt once entirely.

**Psychic-types**: Fidgit struggles against faster Psychic-types, as it has very limited counterplay to them. Choice Scarf Tapu Lele, Mega Latios, and Mega Alakazam, (RC) usually force Fidgit out, though bulky Trick Room Fidgit can live a Mega Latios Psychic. (the "though bulky..." statement's placement makes for an awkward opening for the next sentence, not entirely sure what you should do tho if you wanna keep it) (eh seems okay) However, offensive pivot Fidgit can use U-turn or Sludge Bomb against Hoopa-U, Mega Medicham, and Choice Specs Tapu Lele.

**Strong Wallbreakers**: Strong wallbreakers that can OHKO bulky Trick Room Fidgit place massive pressure on Fidgit to set up Trick Room effectively, as its teammates don't appreciate taking these Pokemons' their attacks either. Some examples include Ash-Greninja, (AH) Choice Specs Volkraken, and Kyurem-B.

**Ground-types**: Ground-types like Colossoil, Landorus-T, Gliscor, and Zygarde hit Fidgit super effectively with their STAB moves. Colossoil can use Rebound to bounce Fidgit's entry hazards back, and given Trick Room abusers' attackers' general weakness to Ground-types moves, Fidgit worsens this weakness by giving them a mostly safe switch-in.

**Other Faster Pokemon**: Pokemon like Greninja, Syclant, and Choice Scarf Volkraken can outspeed Fidgit and hit hard with their STAB moves. Krilowatt and Mega Pinsir can speed-tie and threaten Speed tie with Fidgit and threaten it with Ice Beam and Earthquake, respectively.

**Bulky Pokemon**: Fidgit's low offensive presence leaves it troubled to break past bulky Pokemon like Chansey or Ferrothorn. However, they are easy for Fidgit to use U-turn against and do not appreciate a stray Taunt.

Ready for second check, deviated from the check slightly:

It wasn't my intention to make Alolan Marowak + Crawdaunt seem like a core; they're supposed to be other Trick Room attackers that can be chosen for teams. I wanted to add in Hoopa-U anyway to this list, so here's the sentence as it is now:

"Some common cores include Mega Camerupt paired with Pursuit Escavalier and Mega Mawile paired with Tapu Bulu, but other options like Alolan Marowak, Hoopa-U, Crawdaunt are viable."

Then, I changed this sentence: "Fidgit can be used later in the match to set up Trick Room again when healthy or to give a teammate a free switch-in."

To this: "When Fidgit is low on health, it can be sacked to give an offensive teammate a free switch-in."

hi

[OVERVIEW]

Fidgit is the face of Trick Room in CAP. With Persistent, Fidgit's Trick Room is extended by two turns, letting Trick Room attackers wreak havoc longer without being interrupted, makingwhich makes Trick Room one of the metagame's most effective team archetypes. Furthermore, with good defensive stats and a unique typing, Fidgit can set up Trick Room even twice per battle and can act as a Tapu Koko and Mega Crucibelle check. Alternatively, Fidgit can utilize its good Speed tier and run a unique pivot set that can remove or set entry hazards and threaten common cores, such as Heatran + Jumbao. (remove the comma before "such as" if you mean common cores similar to Heatran + Jumbao. but if you mean that Fidgit can threaten all common cores, leave the comma)

However, Fidgit lacks reliable recovery, meaning it can be worn down quickly. Additionally, Fidgit's damage output is passable only if hitting super effectively, so it has to play rather aggressively to maintain momentum. (any reason this is in a separate paragraph?)

Moves
========

Set Details
========

Usage Tips
========

When leading with Fidgit, , Fidgit will want to use Trick Room while it's healthy, so use itset Trick Room first. If the opponent leads with Heatran or Tapu Koko against Fidgit, usinge Earth Power instead of Trick Room to punishes these Taunt users. Fidgit's offensive move should be used only when it can wear down or KO a relevant threat; otherwise, it's better to use a utility move or switch out. Sometimes, Stealth Rock cannot be set up immediately during the first few turns of the battle. Instead, look for an opening mid-game for Fidgit to come back in and use it, as it's usually more important that Fidgit preserves its HP to set up Trick Room later in the match and to switch to an offensive teammate as soon as possible. If running Spikes, most of the time it is worth setting only one layer at a time. When Fidgit is low on health, it can be sacked to give an offensive teammate a free switch-in in (no hyphen).

Team Options
========

This set should be used exclusively on Trick Room teams. The best secondary Trick Room setter that pairs with Fidgit is Slowking, due to its ability to take on Volkraken, wide coverage, and access to Future Sight. However, additional Trick Room setters like Snaelstrom, Magearna, Cyclohm, Uxie, and Cresselia are also userviceable. Standard Trick Room attackers appreciate Fidgit's extended Trick Room. Some common cores include Mega Camerupt paired with Pursuit Escavalier and Mega Mawile paired with Tapu Bulu, but other optionattackers like Alolan Marowak, Hoopa-U, Crawdaunt by themselves are viable. Notably, two bulky Grass-types are extremely useful for these teams forTrick Room teams because of their key resistances. Jumbao also has access to Healing Wish and supplies powerful special moves that can break open more physically defensive walls. Both can be run for their combined utility, but usually one is sufficient for checking Ground-types and Ash-Greninja.
