Hi, so I have this team which I think is worth sharing because I think its very ladder friendly, being straightforward and relatively easy to use.

So I'll quickly explain how the team works.

Mega Diancie is the highest ranked Mega in OU VR so it's worth making a team around.

I'm running Nature Power on her so I have Tapu Koko to turn my Nature Power into Thunderbolt to hit her best checks in Toxapex and Celesteela very hard, making her very hard to wall. Tapu Koko is also able to potentially clean up after Diancie punches holes in the opponent's team.

Ferrothorn supports Diancie further with Spikes to make her an even more effective wallbreaker, also being a relatively sturdy Steel type.

Tapu Lele supports Diancie by shielding her from priority attacks like Bullet Punch from Mega Scizor, making her even more effective. Psychic Terrain also turns Nature Power into Psychic to hit Toxapex. Aside from supporting Diancie, Tapu Lele is also a fantastic offensive asset to the team.

Landorus-T sets up Stealth Rock for the team and acts as a pivot to safely bring in Diancie and Lele, also completing a VoltTurn core of sorts with Koko.

Keldeo serves as my revenge killer, offensive Heatran answer and 2nd Water resist, also being able to clean up after the team is done with breaking the opponent's team.

The explanations to the movesets I'll be providing will be to the point. If you want a more detailed explanation, look up Smogon Dex. http://www.smogon.com/dex/sm/formats/ou/

Diancie-Mega @ Diancite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Moonblast
- Diamond Storm
- Hidden Power Fire
- Nature Power

Moonblast & Diamond Storm are both strong STABs.
HP Fire is for Ferrothorn & Scizor.
Nature Power can be turned into Thunderbolt/Psychic depending on the terrain active to bypass Diancie's best counters Toxapex and Celesteela, making her very hard to wall.

Tapu Koko @ Electrium Z
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Wild Charge
- Hidden Power Ice
- Roost/Taunt
- U-turn

Z-Wild Charge Koko is the best set to pair with Diancie in my opinion because it lures Diancie answers like Chansey & Magearna and eliminates them, clearing the way for Diancie.
HP Ice is for the most common x4 weak to Ice stuff like Lando-T, Zygarde and Garchomp.
Roost lets Koko switch into Zapdos. Taunt is another option. Up to personal preference.
U-Turn generates momentum and chip damage to bring in Diancie and Lele.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Impish Nature
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
- Thunder Wave/Knock Off

Spikes are for making the opposition easier to wear down.
Leech Seed provides recovery.
Power Whip is for dealing with Rain sweepers like Swampert.
Thunder Wave is for dealing with Hawlucha/Magearna to give them a rude surprise because people love to spam them. Knock Off is the next best thing otherwise. Up to personal preference.

Tapu Lele @ Choice Specs
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Moonblast
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power Fire

Psychic should be used as much as possible to nuke something.
Moonblast should be used when there are Dark-types present. Being honest though, most players don't have the balls to switch their Greninjas in directly.
Psyshock should be used when spotting Chansey and AV Magearna on a team.
HP Fire is for predicted Ferrothorn and Scizor switches.

Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 216 Def / 40 Spe
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power Ice
- U-turn

Provides the mandatory SR support.
Earthquake is STAB.
HP Ice is for opposing Lando-T, Zygarde and Garchomp.
U-Turn for momentum to safely bring Diancie and Lele in.

Keldeo @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Stone Edge
- Hydro Pump

Scald and Secret Sword are highly spammable STABs to revenge kill and burn fish in case of Scald.
Stone Edge is for Volcarona.
Hydro Pump is for revenge killing scenarios when more power is needed.

Now, lastly some threats to the team.

No switchin. Play around it by pivoting and giving it less chances to come in.

No switchin. Now UU so no need to worry about it as much.

Keep Lele around for this and wear it down with Spikes.

I havn't got anyone to shoutout to because I built this myself in 5 minutes!

For anyone who's interested to see, I did play some games with this.
