Poliwrath @ Leftovers/Expert Belt
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 96 HP / 252 SpA / 160 Spe
Modest Nature
- Scald
- Focus Blast
- Ice Beam
- Vacuum Wave

Mesprit @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Mild Nature
- Psychic
- Ice Beam
- U-turn
- Healing Wish

This core slowly but surely wears down this team. Rozes' team doesn't have much for Poliwrath besides RKing with Swallow, and in the wreckage, Mesprit lures in Shiftry and KOs with U-turn (hence the Mild Nature) after rocks. After its usefulness has left, it heals up Poliwrath to score the remaining KOs.

Ninetales @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Fire Blast
- Psyshock
- Energy Ball

Lanturn @ Assault Vest
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SpA / 144 SpD / 112 Spe
Modest Nature
- Scald
- Volt Switch
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt

Ninetales outspeeds most of this team and inflicts heavy damage with good prediction due to its over-reliance on Hariyama to tank special attacks. It can switch into Specs Lilligant pretty easily once it reveals an attack, while outspeeding Vivillon and Mesprit. AV Lanturn meanwhile provides a solid Vivillon check, walls Electrode and stops it from using Volt Switch to pivot around, and gives Ninetales reliable slow pivot support with its own Volt Switch so that can find opportunities to setup and sweep or wallbreak.

PrinceLucian

Banned deucer.

Charizard @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA
- Fire Blast
- Air Slash
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Roost

Shiftry @ Dread Plate
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naughty Nature
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Leaf Storm
- Defog

-This team has no reliable Charizard check except electrode which cant safely switch in, Shiftry also looks like big threat since there are no reliable switchins , and mesprit can take only 1 knock off. Shiftry is also cool option for defoger on offense and can clean after Zard wallbreaks early match.

Primeape @ Choice Band
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

Skuntank @ Lum Berry
Ability: Aftermath
EVs: 232 Atk / 132 SpD / 144 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Pursuit
- Poison Jab
- Taunt

Band primeape outspeeds and has a very high chance ohko literally almost all of the team. (Doesn't outspeed electrode, can't OHKO mesprit). I added skuntank to pursuit trap mesprit + to give me some form of priority for electrode and is also able to check lilligant + absorb sleep powder from vivillion due to lum.

reserving pinsir+zard

Pinsir @ Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 116 Def / 140 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
- Substitute
- X-Scissor

Charizard
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Flare Blitz
- Acrobatics
- Roost

Seriously, zard with flare blitz 6-0's this team with ease (rip quagsire), with both flare blitz and acro hitting everything for massive damage. Sub pinsir also does a number on the team due to mold breaker.

Jynx @ Choice Specs
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Ice Beam
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Lovely Kiss

Skuntank @ Lum Berry
Ability: Aftermath
EVs: 232 Atk / 124 SpD / 152 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Pursuit
- Crunch / Sucker Punch
- Taunt
- Poison Jab

Specs Jynx is a great Pokemon that absolutely blows past Stall. This stall team has Bronzor tho, which is the best answer on the team for Jynx. The stall user will have to play very aggresively with Bronzor or it will get Pursuited by Skuntank. Skuntank completely walls Bronzor so that's great. Jynx can spam Ice Beam freely vs the other members, and Skuntank deals with Mega Audino well too.

quality team lol

+

Servine @ Eviolite
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Knock Off
- Glare
- Synthesis

Pyroar @ Choice Specs
Ability: Unnerve
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA
- Fire Blast
- Hyper Voice
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Overheat

a cute core i theorymonned yesterday. basic idea in play here, Servine is nice for handling fatter teams since its strongest attack also boosts its special attack. Knock Off is really nice versus this team for getting rid of the sliggoo's eviolite. The last two moves are filler more or less but have their uses in making sure Servine isn't dead weight in most matchups. Specs Pyroar takes advantage of Servine's ability to break down slower teams and lure the sliggoo in this particular example. After that Audino is pressured to handle strong offensive fire types by itself which gives pyroar a much more commanding presence meaning you can overwhelm the team with some well timed doubles.

Mismagius @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dazzling Gleam
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute
- Nasty Plot

Klinklang @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
Happiness: 0
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Substitute
- Shift Gear
- Gear Grind
- Frustration

Mismagius beats Bronzor which checks Klinklang, Gourgeist and Weezing. While Klinklang beats M-Dino which checks Mismagius, Sliggoo, and Skuntank which also walls Mismagius. They both are very good Stall Breakers as well.
