SM OU Rate my team made around weavile

Introduction

I felt like building a team around Weavile because I felt like it could have some use in the current meta.

The Team

Weavile @ Expert Belt
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Icicle Crash
- Knock Off
- Ice Shard
- Low Kick
As mentioned, I wanted to make a team around Weavile. Icicle crash and knock off are the main stab with Ice shard for priority and low kick to take care of fighting weak Pokemon that would otherwise be able to come in on it. Expert belt to help insure super effective hits will do hecka damage. I also didn’t wanna be locked into a move or take life orb damage.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Protect
- Moonblast
- Fire Blast
This is mainly there to help Weavile with its fighting type problem and wish pass to the rest of the team.

Zygarde @ Dragonium Z
Ability: Aura Break
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Outrage
- Thousand Arrows
- Substitute
- Dragon Dance

Main set up sweeper with dragonium z outrage to hit things that resist thousand arrows.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Discharge
- Roost
- Heat Wave
zapdos is mainly here to take physical hits, stop a kartana sweep, and get rid of rocks.

Mew @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
- Psychic
- Aura Sphere
Mew is here because almost every other rocker just added another fighting or ice weakness onto my team.

Lopunny-Mega @ Lopunnite
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Return
- Ice Punch
- Power-Up Punch
- High Jump Kick
Lopunny is here to round out the team by providing another Pokémon that can hit hard, as well as giving my team a little bit more coverage.

Felixx

I'm back.
Hey welcome to Smogon! Enjoy your stay! Anyways let's start fixing the team

Weavile - If you don't like the LO recoil, run a dread plate instead, since knock off is the move you'll be clicking most anyway, also pursuit > low kick, I understand the coverage of low kick but pursuit is important for your Blacephalon match up, since you don't have any good switch-ins (like Blacephalons switch ins exist tho)

Weavile (M) @ Dread Plate
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard
- Pursuit

Clefable - Unaware Clef isn't used much outside of pure stall, since magic guard provides a lot of utility, also it should run a phys def EV spread to check Zygarde, Medi, Lop and defensive Lando (I put rocks on it since it's a much better rocker than Mew)

Clefable (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- Knock Off

Zygarde - Zygarde is fine, Iron Tail > Sub since you don't have leftovers and Bulu can get annoying

Zapdos - Zapdos is also good, I just put a little more speed for Timid Magnezone, same moves here

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 240 Def / 20 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Discharge
- Heat Wave
- Roost

Mew - Here's a proper Mew EV spread, It's a little different from the usual spread but it allows it to check Lele which is a big threat, Earth Power lures Tran (Rocks on Clef, Defog on Zapdos, so running those options on Mew is not needed)

Mew @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 240 HP / 96 Def / 172 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Ice Beam
- Will-O-Wisp
- Soft-Boiled
- Earth Power

Lopunny - Lop is fine

And that's about it with this team, my review is done, thanks for reading

I agree with Felixx to some degree.
Yes, the change to Rocks Magic Guard Clef makes sense 100%.
I however would never run a no-speed Mew on that kind of team. I think it is always necessary to at least outrun adamant Bisharp with Mew, which is easy by just doing 16 EVs.
I personally prefer Jolly Bisharp. That is why I would run 104 EVs on Mew to wisp it before it can attack you.
If both are no options for you, a Colbur Berry could be something to think about. Being Pursuit trapped is never any fun.
You could also change Defog on Zapdos to Mew. But that is your call I would say. Having 3 attacks + Roost on Zapdos makes it a huge threat. Getting walled by every Ground type there is, just seems suboptimal, if you have another mon capable of defogging. But if you don't want to use a pure support Mew, I understand.
