There’s a bit of a sinister vibe here, but the lack of momentum or change leaves me wanting. There’s nothing to make me think this is more than good instruments looping part of a melody.

Not sure how this is supposed to be scary, but I kinda like it. This game loop is more interesting than the last, though I think I’d like it more if it was a bit shorter. I can only go so long on a neat loop before my mind wanders.

Pumped Up Kicks by Foster The People

This should be a scary song. The subject material should be frightening. I don’t know if it’s a failure of society or a personal failure (probably a 40/60 mixture of both), but I’ve always given the topic pretty shallow consideration in terms of horror. That being said, it’s a song I like by a band I like.
