Have you always wanted to be a superhero or supervillain? have you always wanted to be the best?

Then look no further than Tournament Arc! a fun-oriented PvP roleplaying game ran using mutants and masterminds third edition. Hitmonleet and I will assist in character building and getting a grip on the rules, and we will also gamemaster the battles.

Information on the system can be found here: http://www.d20herosrd.com/ or by asking the hosts, hitmonleet and I, questions.

And remember, it's not about winning, it's about cool superhero battles.

Information for character building:
1. characters must be approved by both hitmonleet and internet
2. power level ten, 150 character points.
3. attempted cheesing (making an overpowered character rather than a cool and fun one), especially using the summoning and variable power effects, will likely lead to your character not being approved. If you have a power using the variable power effect, you can't take immunities using it full stop. This is to prevent characters being rendered completely ineffective by prepared enemies.
4. various ability flaws might be considered irrelevant due to the setting and will not grant additional points.

Information about the battles:
1. a 2v2 team phase for early eliminations round leading into straight 1v1s. people are allowed to form their own teams for the team phase.
2. played on discord. Here's a link to the usual RP server, where you can easily ask your questions: https://discord.gg/24E24Fs

16 slots. If not enough slots are filled, people will be allowed to join twice or more. People joining twice will be expected to make additional characters.

might be subject to minor changes and clarifications but not a complete overhaul.

Supers:
- Former Hope
- Granny Pie
- Aura Guardian
- Martin
- RODAN
- Fort colorcastle
- XnadrojX
- Flyhn
- LightWolf
- Earlio

Quick question: what about the Immortality and Regeneration powers?
both legal, immortality doesn't seem particularly useful anyhow. theyre not deathbattles, meaning you will simply be incapacitated and not killed. Note that no power effects are banned, just that summoning and variable will be subject to especially strict scrutiny.

extension anti-cheesing rule: taking any sort of immunity effect off of variable powers is straight banned. I don't want people to get utterly boned just because their power is a bit specific and got leaked to someone taking variable.
