So far, I haven't noticed any sort of flaws. It seems pretty balanced and solid. Great job on it. Sorry if my post isn't this long this time. Not as good as rating this time. But I feel it should work out with the right synergy + movesets put together.

Keep Keldeo and ban Tornadus-T. Personally the reason why I find Tornadus-T more broken is because of his infamous Regenerator. Then we got his massive speed and decent Sp. attack stats and with rain and Hurricane, he'll just dish out way too much damage and he doesn't also have to be locked...

The problem is, I used to be able to start laddering up when I begin using PS. and entering my own name and saved it with password lock But after that, I can't anymore. My rating stayed the same (1400 something) after the DDoS attack. I dunno... My bad if this is kind of a bad post.
