Dusclops is significantly bulkier than Sableye, though it does lack reliable recovery. Sableye also doesn't take Heracross as well as Dusclops does and this team is rather Heracross weak otherwise. Both have their strengths and weaknesses IMO.

For Sableye I generally would say to invest in one defense rather than make it a mixed wall. Night Shade/Seismic Toss is probably more consistent damage over Foul Play as well. I'd probably also put Gyro Ball or Toxic over Hypnosis on Bronzong. Sleep inducing can be pretty useful, but...

Looks like a pretty strong team setup. Does Rapid Spin on Hitmontop come into play much? He has no way to hit ghosts, so a spinblocker (pretty common : Mismagius/Dusclops/Chandelure/Sableye take your pick) makes that move pretty worthless.

I wouldn't get rid of Gligar, it can block pretty much any physical attacker who doesn't have Super Effective STAB. I would suggest Toxic or another attack (Stone Edge I guess?) over Swords Dance though. I don't see Toxic Spikes doing too well in UU, Roserade is used a lot. Might want to...
