To be Honest with you i have been playing Rain for a while now (currently 1650s-1700s on ladder with 1780s highest i reach with Rain Team) and as much as i hate to say this, but Mega Swampert is a waste of a Mega Slot, instead of using Mega-Swampert i suggest you use Kabutops with Life Orb...

Hey just a heads up, in order for you to make a rain team Politoed is mandatory, unless it is a semi-rain team. I would suggest replacing Mamoswine with Ferrothorn (better stealth rock setter in term for a rain team, since Ferrothorn's 4x weakness to fire is reduce to 2x).
