Counter to Special Rain Sweepers? Ludicolo maybe, but Gorebyss can use Psychic, and Omastar can use Earth Power. TBH if I needed an Infernape check/counter in OU I would probably use Starmie, maybe Vaporeon (if running HP Ice over Grass Knot).
