The team is pretty solid, and I really like it. What I can say, is that I recommend Bullet punch over extremespeed on Lucario, since Gengar outspeeds u. A +2 bullet punch will do a heck of a lot anyways, since its STAB and stuff. But it's ur choice. Sometimes it might be better having a priority...
