Mechanics Guard Dog/Mirror Armor + Clear Amulet Intimidate race condition

What is the bug?
It seems that there's a race condition issue with Clear Amulet and Guard Dog/Mirror Armor against Intimidate. I've gotten a case where Clear Amulet does and doesn't block either ability in the same game.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Lead an Intimidate user vs a Guard Dog/Mirror Armor user with Clear Amulet, or switch in an Intimidate user vs a Guard Dog/Mirror Armor user with Clear Amulet.

I should probably add, the behavior should be as follows:

• A Guard Dog user holding a Clear Amulet will receive a +1 Attack boost from Intimidate.
• A Mirror Armor user holding a Clear Amulet will not lower the Attack of an Intimidate user.
