What is the bug?
A shiny Flutter Mane with Moonblast of level 75 gets rejected. Moon Blast at this level was only available through event Tera Raids, which could indeed be shiny.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Create a shiny Flutter Mane on Level 75 with Moonblast and try to queue.
