Done Best-of-3 rooms do not set privacy correctly

What is the bug?
Players are able to join bo3 battles which do not allow spectators, as although the battles are hidden the bo3 navigation screen isn't.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
yes, start a bo3 battle which doesnt allow spectators and ask people in chat to join the battle if they can.
