Duplicate "Reveal" moves upon transforming

Whenever you use moves that involve manipulating the opponent's item it will "reveal" the opponent's item and permanently display it when hovering over the Pokemon in question. However, transforming into the target, despite revealing all of your opponent's moves to you, does not have such a feature:

It would be a simple yet helpful fix that would make it significantly easier to scout for multiple sets and remember what they are.
