From the looks of it (On serebii), I believe Pain Split + Frisk is illegal, which I may add as another negative.

Actually, I believe Pain Split is an egg move. It's likely that the whole set is legal. (The punches are obtained via move relearner (not exactly sure), EQ via TM)
