the rayquaza can't be traded yet I have not forgotten several other people would like a copy of my rayquaza as well but I can't trade it because nintendo hasn't allowed the game to do that yet.

Rayquaza and all event pokemon can't be traded in a while when they are first released. You have to wait a while for the game to update and allow the event pokemon to be traded. It was like this for diancie.

so you cant trade between a x and y copy of the game? or any of them?

it's how event pokemon sadly work. They can't be traded through PSS for a few weeks unfortunately because the game probably has to process it or some stupid boguss. The rayquaza event though is taking more than two weeks...

is that event still going on?
