look i am not any master in RMTs but i think you should try talonflame>crobat and EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 172 Spe try that spread on mence.It give him a change to tank some hits.>some. And honestly latias is better and maybe try giving latias/latios heling wish instead of recover so that you will have a change to comeback on many games.And honestly try skarmory somewhere,it takes the think outers cant,Dragon types.WIth rocky helmet and toxic,this can where down everything
