to be even clearer: i was not (and will never) apologise for being antiracist. my second apology was for disrespecting the flag!

having recently taken a class on anti-racism (disclaimer: i am a white cis-male) i do not get the feeling you are truly a student of anti-racism. treating people with kindness is not enough. one must actively be aware of their biases at all times. for example, this morning i saw a small black child playing basketball on court that has seen better days. the hoop didn't even have a net.
