You are actually correct. Zygarde 100% cannot be permanent.... A guy on 4chan just confirmed it with his hacked Zygarde 100%. It does not have model or animation in pokemon amie. Pikachu was used as a error handler instead of Zygarde 100%. So the unified Zygarde might just be Zygarde 10%/50%...
