    The issue I see with hail is that unlike, say, rain which can activate swift swim and cover fire weaknesses without a conflict of interest, hail has to prioritize whether slush rush or Aurora veil will get the 8 turn bonus. I want hail to work, but I think it's gonna struggle to support both roles.

    Salazzle stands out to me, since it resists both of scizors's stabs and superpower. It also outruns and threatens both variations of Metagross. Honestly I don't think hail has the tools to commit to a full team in the upper tiers. Dedicated hail will most likely see use in doubles and RU or lower.
