They don't switch unless they use Perish Song, the moves Baton Pass or U-Turn, or you hit them with a move that they have a Pokemon which resists it. eg. you use Surf against a Blissey, they may switch to Vaporeon to abuse its ability.

I think you misread what he said, Featherdance lowers the opponent's Attack two stages.

Quick nitpick on Slaking; you say Fire Punch is to deal with Steelix, but Earthquake will do more.

I don't see why Mesprit has a Mild nature when it only has Special Attacks, it should be Modest.

Timid 252/252 +1 LO Raikou using Thunderbolt does 79.5% - 94.1% to your Houndoom, so if you've taken Stealth Rock damage already you're dead, and you're pretty much guaranteed to take over 80% damage.

You may want Hasty on your Sneasel, as it'll allow it to take much more damage from weak physically attacks, further enhancing Counter.
