So then use whatever you want. Don't spam this thread/board. If you're asking for "advice," on how to get worse at the game.

    Pokémon Garchomp

I agree completely. I don't think CB/CScarf should be used on Chomp anymore either. He has too many things that can just get a free switch and setup on it that I really don't think its worth running anymore.

Where to hang out for Passerby battles?

For those that do not already know, the Passerby system in the PSS works by finding other players of Pokemon X/Y that are in the same general vicinity in-game, and displays them on the Passerby list. This is rather useful for finding other somewhat-random players to battle against, especially...

    Pokémon Sylveon

Useful if you have Hyper Voice, useless if you don't.

    Pokémon Kangaskhan

Thank you for the writeup. I am just curious why you use Adamant with 252Spe EVs, especially when you consider the premier "counter" to Mega Kang are faster hard-hitting Fighting Types? Shouldn't you be trying to maximize your speed here?

    Pokémon Lucario

I would agree with you as you're using Extreme Speed. The post I quoted used both Bullet Punch AND Earthquake.

Sounds like you're free food for Talonflame though.

    Pokémon Lucario

With Mega Kangs spamming Fakeout everywhere these days, I'm just wondering if anyone else has started to use Steadfast on Lucario over Justified? Come in on a free +2 Speedboost, threaten with CC, and SD up and just sweep with +2A +2S

    Pokémon Garchomp

One thing I've been seeing a bit of is Rocky Helmet + Shark Skin bulky Garchomp Mostly used to screw over things like Mega Kangaskhan, but I think it may have potential. Theres a lot of people assuming Garchomp is 252A/252S Atm and a Bulky Garchomp may throw them off guard.

    Other Viable Megas

A lot of people are still caught up in 5'th gen and 5'th gen tiers not fully realizing that 6'th gen is a priority game.

    Pokémon Sylveon

I'm kind of curious how Pixilate works with a move like Hidden Power. Because Hidden Power's type is "normal." Would it not affect Hidden Power? Would it boost HP's power by 30% and then have it be Fairy Type? Would it boost HP's power by 30%, and then have it be the original HP type? If...

    Pokémon Greninja

in my opinion, because of Protean, I really wouldn't conscider Greninja "water/Dark" type. It gets STAB on all 4 moves, and kinda can change type as well. Just be sure there isn't too much overlap in terms of coverage IMO. (Maybe drop Hydropump from Greninja for something else?)

I've found SwagSub to be great fun for lols and trolling, but for actual competitive matches I would never use it. Dual Screens is the way to go IMO.

    Pokémon Lucario

So after playing around with BP/Crunch Mega Lucario a bit, I've decided to drop BP back for Extreme Speed. The threat of a Talonflame coming up and ruining your day is too great atm, and with BP, Mega Lucario really doesn't have anything to deal with that. With Extreme Speed, he at least has a...

    Pokémon Garchomp

I'm pretty sure Iron Tail's accuracy was upped to 90%. That said, I still think Poison Jab is the superior option here. Scary Fairy types are: Mawile / Azumaril / Togekiss / Gardevoir. EQ will do better on Mawile than either a Steel or Poison Attack. Azumaril takes Neutral Damage from...

    Pokémon Kangaskhan

90 BP Fakeout is nothing to laugh at esp after a PUP. The Gyara/Gourgeist/Naught are there to take hits that Kang is not sure it can eat. (Mega Luc CC or something) usually with rocky helmet to pile on some residual damage.

    Pokémon Kangaskhan

Just thought I'd throw in that currently in high-level (1900+) singles rated matches, Kangaskhan/Mega Kangaskhan is easily the most seen and overused Pokemon. The set is pretty standard, but some prefer running 252 HP/252 Atk Adamant instead. This is usually supported by a Physically Bulky...
