Why not just make 252 HP/48 Atk/208 SDef Careful/Sassy the standard ev spread instead of just ni additional comments? Do you really need attack at all with this set?

Assuming this ends up getting approved and what not I suggest changing the ability to Damp. Why? Becuase cloud nine will prevent the water boosts in rain and with Rain being hella more popular then sun I think it would be worth wild =)
