Introduction

Note: This is not necessarily my main team, although I do use it a lot more than my others.

The first times that I play Balanced Hackmons I was swept by a Mega Rayquaza that spammed Draco Meteor crits with the help of Focus Energy and Scope Lens. So I took the idea and expanded it into a team centered around it.

This has peaked me at 1499 Elo, which certainly isn't that good, but it shows that this team is perfectly viable.

The Team

Giratina @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Lovely Kiss
- Parting Shot
- Shore Up
- Stealth Rock / Core Enforcer

This is my main lead and tank. Simply send it out and use Lovely Kiss to put the opponent to sleep. If you suspect that the Pokemon has Magic Bounce, use Parting Shot to switch it out and follow up with Core Enforcer to make sure that their ability is suppressed. Overall a good defensive and tanky pivot.

Kyurem-Black @ Scope Lens
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 148 HP / 252 Atk / 108 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Spore
- Focus Energy
- Shift Gear
- Icicle Spear

This is my first crit sweeper. Although Kyurem-Black is very slow compared to other sweepers (especially without FakeSpeed) with a Shift Gear and 108 Speed investment it outruns Deo-S. If you can, set up a Focus Energy to have 5 times critical hits, pretty much OHKOing anything that isn't Water, Steel, or Ice type.

Rayquaza-Mega @ Scope Lens / Focus Sash
Ability: Aerilate
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Lovely Kiss
- Focus Energy
- Boomburst
- Extreme Speed

I found that Kyurem-B is prone to FakeSpeed, so I added in a modified FakeSpeed Rayquaza-Mega. This functions as my primary revenge killer but can also do massive damage if it gets Focus Energy up. Rayquaza-Mega also serves as a good ImposterProof to Sceptile-Mega.

Sceptile-Mega @ Scope Lens
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spore
- Focus Energy
- Moongeist Beam
- Draco Meteor

This is my second Crit Sweeper. It's fast and hits hard; since it's a Grass type I could afford to run Spore instead of Lovely Kiss. Draco Meteor is the primary nuke, basically OHKOing anything; it's also spammable since crits ignore attack stat drops. Moongeist Beam takes care of Sturdinja.

Chansey @ Lucky Punch / Eviolite
Ability: Imposter
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Metal Burst

Ah, the Blob. There really isn't much to say about this, but I use it to take care of bulky set-up sweepers, especially the likes of PH Kyogre-Primal: I can simply Quiver Dance, and then 2HKO Kyogre-Primal if I get 2 crits, then sweep the team.

Slowbro-Mega @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Shell Armor / Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Slack Off
- Spore
- Spectral Thief
- Scald

This is my all-purpose Imposter-proof for all of the sweepers above. Shell Armor protects against crits while Prankster lets you get a Spore off, and Safety Goggles helps against Spore. Spectral Thief steals Kyurem-B's stat boosts while Scald cripples it and Rayquaza-Mega with a burn.

Giratina @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Lovely Kiss
- Parting Shot
- Shore Up
- Core Enforcer

Kyurem-Black @ Scope Lens
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 148 HP / 252 Atk / 108 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Lovely Kiss
- Focus Energy
- Shift Gear
- Icicle Spear

Rayquaza-Mega @ Scope Lens
Ability: Aerilate
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Lovely Kiss
- Focus Energy
- Boomburst
- Extreme Speed

Sceptile-Mega @ Scope Lens
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spore
- Focus Energy
- Moongeist Beam
- Draco Meteor

Chansey @ Lucky Punch
Ability: Imposter
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Metal Burst

Slowbro-Mega @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Shell Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Slack Off
- Spore
- Spectral Thief
- Scald

Conclusion

This was my first RMT, so I'd love some good feedback!

Some things this team is weak to are:
- Sturdinja (I don't have much to counter it with)
- Ice types (many of my sweepers are weak to it
- Imposter Chansey (even with ImposterProofing it's never perfect)
-Shell Smash sweepers (nobody has Sash and Chansey doesn't always win the speed tie)
- Bulky Steel types (it's hard to break past them since nobody has a supereffective move)

I was also thinking of replacing some sweepers with these:

Groudon-Primal @ Scope Lens
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Lovely Kiss
- Focus Energy
- Overheat
- Leaf Storm

It's similar to Sceptile-Mega but is slower, bulkier, and can break past Steels. Leaf Storm hits Water types and Rock types.

Kyogre-Primal @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- King's Shield
- Quiver Dance
- Scald
- Ice Beam

A classic PH Kyogre-Primal. It helps greatly against special sweepers and contact attackers, but make sure you don't get Spored on before Toxic Orb activates.

Blissey (F) @ Wiki Berry
Ability: Innards Out
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
IVs: 0 Def / 0 SpD
- Stealth Rock
- Shore Up
- V-create
- Parting Shot

Innards Out is always a good emergency switch in to take out those Shell Smash sweepers. I use 252+ Speed to perhaps get a Stealth Rock up or revenge kill a very low health opponent.
