Looking for a consistent powerful 2nd mega for the Think Fast Competition

Hi, I read the forum rules as posted here http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/the-battle-spot-forum-rules.3491748/ , but couldn't find a simple questions / simple answers thread here to post this in. Since the Think Fast Competition has rules that don't apply to OU or Ubers in general (specifically, that all pokemon must be Kalos-born and can't have tutor moves), and since 6x6 teams don't typically carry more than 1 mega, I didn't think posting in the general SQ/SA threads there would be conducive to finding the information I needed. If I am posting in error, I apologize, and I understand if the mods choose to close this thread.

As the title says, I'm looking for a consistent and powerful 2nd mega pokemon for the Think Fast Competition. My first mega is a standard jolly Mega Kangaskhan.

So, here's what I was thinking so far:

I started by converting my doubles mega mawile. It's strong, has really useful typing, can intimidate on the switch-in, and has some good coverage and priority moves:

Mawile @ Mega Stone
Intimidate > Huge Power
Adamant 252 HP / 52 Atk / 4 Def / 196 SpD / 4 Speed
- Play Rough
- Fire Fang
- Sucker Punch
- Swords Dance

EV Spread Source: http://nuggetbridge.com/reports/will-o-miss-seniors-9th-place-madison-regionals-report/

I chose fire fang over iron head because there are many steel types that would otherwise wall mawile, most notably ferrothorn. The problem with mega mawile in singles is that here, Mega Mom carries SE earthquake (which isn't as likely in doubles), which mawile has to eat before dealing any damage. Sucker Punch is a risky proposition because if your opponent out-predicts you, they can negate your SP by using SP themselves. Even if I re-EV train my mawile for max attack, I won't get an OHKO, meaning a fresh Mega Mom will always win 1v1 unless mega mawile got an SD boost earlier (which puts me within 75% to 25% chance of getting OHKO'd from Mega Mom depending on nature, since there would have been no intimidate support).

Damage taken from Mega Kangaskhan:
Adamant Mega Mom:
With intimidate
-1 252+ Atk Parental Bond Mega Kangaskhan Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Mega Mawile: 102-120 (64.9 - 76.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

No intimidate
252+ Atk Parental Bond Mega Kangaskhan Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Mega Mawile: 153-180 (97.4 - 114.6%) -- 75% chance to OHKO

Jolly Mega Mom:
With intimidate
-1 252 Atk Parental Bond Mega Kangaskhan Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Mega Mawile: 93-111 (59.2 - 70.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

No intimidate
252 Atk Parental Bond Mega Kangaskhan Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Mega Mawile: 138-165 (87.8 - 105%) -- 25% chance to OHKO

Damage dealt to Mega Kangaskhan:
52+ Atk Huge Power Mega Mawile Play Rough vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Mega Kangaskhan: 123-145 (67.9 - 80.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ Atk Huge Power Mega Mawile Play Rough vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Mega Kangaskhan: 145-172 (80.1 - 95%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

So, I started looking at alternatives. After looking at statistics on the PGL, I noticed Gengar is #2 in usage:

Gengar @ Mega Stone (68.9%)
Levitate > Shadow Tag
Timid (98.6%) EVs ??? 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Speed ???
- Shadow Ball (74%)
- Destiny Bond (66.9%)
- Sludge Bomb (58.7%)
- Will-o-wisp (51.5%)

Honestly, I have no idea how to use this pokemon. Obviously will-o-wisp would be good for nerfing Mega Mom and other physical attackers without worrying about a sucker punch, and using an attacking move is pretty straight-forward, but what should I be looking for in team preview to know to bring this guy over my own Mega Kanga? Any further set advice for this guy is appreciated.

The last mega I've been considering up until this point is Mega Lucario. Pretty much just as squishy as mega gengar, however it also has useful typing, and unlike mega mawile, can outspeed and OHKO mega kanga after mega evolving. Considering PGL usage statistics again, I've got:

Lucario @ Mega Stone (98.1%)
Inner Focus (43.9%) > Adaptability
Jolly (44.2%) EVs ??? 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Speed ???
- Close Combat (59.9%)
- Extreme speed (47.4%)
- Swords Dance (39.1%)
- Protect (13%)

Protect to help when lucario has to come in against a mega mom that's already set-up (ensuring I out-speed), resists mega mom's sucker punch, extreme speed to out-priority talonflame and take roughly 50% without a boost (almost all health with a boost) before getting KO'd. I dunno, I haven't used Lucario yet, so any further set advice is appreciated.

I'd appreciate concrit on the 3 pokemon I've posted, as well as potential sets and pokemon I haven't considered yet. I'm a very average player, so pokemon that are fairly consistent and easy to use are more desirable. Also, any further warnings on pokemon that check or counter my posted megas are appreciated.

Thanks for reading! :)

I'd recommend doing a Perish Song M-Gengar build, since the Think-Fast tournament cuts down so much on the time for your opponent, I'd say your goal would be to try to make almost a little hell for your opponent, by applying pressure and forcing them into difficult positions, in hopes of forcing them to time out (with 15 seconds, that's a very strong possibility), or misplay. Mind you, it may not work on more seasoned players, but i'd say that it's a good place to start, so go for a Perish Song M-Gengar build, since a good catch could ensure a very strong lead, and any player who does not see it coming (it was banned very early on in smogon singles), could be in very deep trouble. Here's an example build I found on Nugget Bridge :

Gengar @ Gengarite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 188 HP / 20 Def / 44 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Perish Song
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute
- Protect
