Other Metagames Mixed tier pokemon team

So i was recently looking for a new team to come up with and i tried to make one around HA dragonite
i was satisfied with its performance but it felt like something was missing, and also that theres a problem
with Dragonite not doing anything so i would like to know how i can replace/improve this team:
