Rating battle... facing past gen legendaries.. cry

So i know that pokebank comes out on the 27th, but it seems like it has already come out in Japan. Every rating DOUBLE battle i have played today versus a japanese player had latias, thundorus, landorus, etc. OMG how do i overcome them!
