Strategy & Metagame RU Type Analysis: Psychic

There are a huge amount of incredibly scary Psychic-types in RU, making it the perfect type for an RU spotlight in this issue. This also ensures that Meloetta gets its own little spot in the article despite being passed in favor of Aromatisse for the featured RU Pokemon, which is a big plus.

EonX helped me brainstorm this and i'm assuming he wants to help work on it too =).
