Hi, just seeing this and finding it an excellent idea.
In any case:

1. Name of favorite non-OU pokemon: Mienshao
2. Do you use this pokemon in OU? Yes, but rarely. I use it more on teams that I just want to play for fun
3. How do you feel about this pokemon? Mienshao used to be OU in BW, and then for BW2 and XY it plays a pretty significant role as a wallbreaker and u-turner (as well as knock off in 6th gen).
The only big problem is its horrible defenses, preventing it from switching into even the most basic of attacks. That's the main struggle of Mienshao: It's quick and powerful, but frail as well.
4. What pokemon do you feel this pokemon is good against? Bad against? What pokemon do you feel has the greatest impact in preventing or enhancing is usage rate?
Luckily, with the addition of Knock Off, previous counters such as Gligar and Cofagrigus have turned into just checks. However, Mienshao is still susceptible to priority moves (bullet punch, mach punch, etc. etc.) and anything that's faster than it can beat it easily. Plus dat HJK miss ratio
5. If you were to improve it, how would you? Simple: More bulk. I would add maybe 10 or 20 in each of its defensive areas (HP, Sp. Def, Def). Or, if that's too op, just increase one by a certain amount, leaving it heavily weak on another side.

In my opinion Mienshao is already pretty viable for OU (not that it'll be super successful but at least it's decent), but in order for it to be equal on the playing field it'd have to have more bulk.
