Besides being a handy bread-cooker, Rotom-H is a solid pivot and Defogger in the UU tier. With a great overall typing as well as access to utility such as Defog and Volt Switch, Rotom-H serves as a great check to some of the tier's most prominent members, such as Scizor and Moltres. These qualities, alongside great bulk and a solid Speed tier, allow Rotom-H to be slotted in on a lot of bulky offense and balance teams. Rotom-H appreciates Scizor as a teammate, as Scizor can check common tier sights that bother it, such as Latias and Mega Altaria. In return, Rotom-H can check the bothersome Moltres for Scizor, and together, they form a solid VoltTurn core. Rotom-H also appreciates Wish and cleric support due to its lack of reliable recovery. there's not really much of a differentiation semantics-wise between offense and bulky offense; offense is the blanket term to cover hyper offense and bulky offense and bulky offense is just one of the subtypes. unless you're wanting to run fat heattom hyper offense, then you should probably just make the list "bulky offense and balance".

Mention Latias and Mega Altaria instead of Terrakion and Mega Aero tbh. Lati and alt don't have as much to fear (aside from Toxic) from hard switching into heattom.
