To get one:
1) Open up GTS and deposit Swablu (caught on route next to meteor falls).
2) Put up message: "ay lmoa"
3) Post in thread asking for pokemon with ability (if multiple), gender (if multiple), and nature (if swablu).
4) I'll check this thread daily and at random times, so just leave it up for at least 24 hours.
Don't ask for specific IV spreads. Everything has 4-5 (about 6 3's overall) in IVs and I'm doing it randomly.
