lol, the keldeo comment, then to confirm, I ran one of your friend codes on the GTS search, which made it clear lol. I'm thinking of playing ubers again, to get my old throne back xD. I'll probably go back to the gts once the idiots there quit trying to ban drizzle and realize that their teams just suck, and that banning drizzle won't do a thing to help them
Exactly lol. It's people that want to have teams with 6 sweepers that do all the complaning, they want to eliminate things that threaten their team

Oh well there is Thunderus , Tornadus , Whimsicott etc, I would'nt say he's underrated I mean he's pretty over powers and after a Calm Mind he hits almost as hard as Specs Latios.
I'm pretty sure +2 HydroPump from Keldeo will OHKO anything that doesn't resist it. And what do you mean by base 100+ threats?
Well Latios would still take a crapload from a +2 HydroPump coming from Keldeo, it's sad how it can't learn Hp Ice. If you want to check out Keldeo sets try http://www.wishmkr.com/dex/pokemon/keldeo/. Bisharp is pretty much a superior Absol if you think about it.
Uh how are you walled by Gyarados if you have Hp Electric, and you can probably pair Keldeo with Heatran to handle Celebi. I'm not really sure if Verizon is a huge threat, but it's just as fast as Terrakion and has Leaf Blade for bulky waters so it's pretty good.

Well idk if he abuse weather teams but my muffinhead has this pretty good Hail team which I use as well.
It's definitely weather teams that seem to make it to the top of the ladder since they're easy to exploit these days/
It's a good team, it's kind of a shame though that every team that gets high on the ladder is a rain team, but I can't judge since I would use the same kind of team

Well, the whole point of the rate is to help your team function better against the 'mons in your metagame, so regardless of whether or not you actually use DW abilities, I'm not familiar with the metagame. =/ It would be like asking somebody to rate an Ubers team that only uses OU Pokemon just because they play OU. Don't get me wrong, I just don't think I'd be of any service to you. Sorry. =/
