I think Regenerator is definitely better than Effect Spore, especially if you're doing the Eject Button deal. I don't know about that Rage Powder mechanic but you can always try it out on free mode on the GBU since it's no harm.
I have no clue, either try it out yourself since it's a pretty specific situation, or try the VGC SQSA since it could apply for doubles as well. I'm really not sure what would happen, although I think the effects of Rage Powder would go away if Amoonguss wasn't active.

:P Same here, I have only been getting 6 and a half hours of sleep and I am almost dead when I get home. And sure I will have to check the time zones it is 9:35pm right now but a few hours earlier around 7 would be a great time to trade for me.
