Id use Cloud Nine on a drought team since fire and grass types have soo many weaknesses. As a weather checker it'd need a good water or grass special attack, and a physical grass or electric type for drizzletoad

Out of all Early Bird pokemkon Khan pulls the rest combo off best. Most life, highest defense, and second highest special defense (Ledian being first... Fail). On a baton pass stall team, a passed ingrain and a focus sash can lead to a very strong wall. And Khan has Reversal....

A Cloud Nine Golduck, while not the best stats, can make a great counter since it'll pop in and remove the sandstorm special defense buff. Still leaves a mess with Politoed, which is why i prefer Lickilicky and his Power Whip.
