  1. Ask a Simple Question, Get a Simple Answer Mark II - Read the FAQ in the Opening Post

Isnt using an excadrill to counter an excadrill kinda dangerous?? Why not just use a breelom / conkeldur Mach Punch or Azumarill's Aqua Jet? And yea, anyone know if Worry Seed is countered by a switch?
  2. Ask a Simple Question, Get a Simple Answer Mark II - Read the FAQ in the Opening Post

How punishing are Worry Seed, Entrainment, Skill Swap, Mummy, etc.? Do the changes remain even after a switch? And for a DW Liegar i like using it as a set-up killer with Taunt / Sucker Punch / Yawn / Pursit. Has priority on 3 moves, and the last catches fleeers. EVs are simple, 252 Atk, and...
  3. Creative (and good) Movesets (READ THE OP FIRST)

Pokemon: Lopunny Name: Lucky Foot Move 1: Entrainment Move 2: Baton Pass / Heal Bell Move 3: Dizzy Punch Move 4: Thunder Wave / Work Up Item: choice of whatever your sweeper doesn't need Ability: Klutz Nature: Jolly (+Spe/-SpA) EV's: 252 Spe/remaining in survivability (If abilities don't reset...
  4. Archeops (Analysis)

Wish support could also be used to keep archeops healthy, alomomola is one of my favorites (idk why)
  5. Seismitoad (Analysis)

I completely understand that a physical set based off his other ability isn't anywhere ideal, but could one be made? Or a cameo in other options would be nice. Yes... His physical pool is more shallow than my ex, but he does leaen Aqua Ring and Drain Punch, moves that can be powered up by Big...
  6. Foul Play

In Ou (or at least the ones that'll never leave Ou) the biggest threats are all resistant to Foul Play, and the special sweepers all have low attack stats to begin with. I wouldnt use thw combo on the same guy but psych out the opponent with a WoW & swagger passer or scout into the FP user who...
  7. Fearow

I think in maybe as a BP recipient Fearow might find a place, especially on Crit passing or a buff dance in the style of sword or dragon. Drifblim or (i think? Some norm rodent) Furret can both BP focus energy, a Sub, and maybe even a crit berry to give Snipers two stages of crit with a wall in...
  8. Fearow

Well damn! Why would GF do that to me?! >,,< wanted to make an effective SubAttacker for once ... >,,<
  9. Fearow

I think im still gonna make a SubAttack Fearow just for the lawls. Two Drill pecks may be stronger, but two Hammer Arms are stronger than Focus Punch (Idk, first fighting movw that popped in my head). The lone benefit of Sky Attack is a high Crit rate, and a flinch chance to boot. Time it like a...
  10. Arbok

A set ive been looking into is a disruption snake (if its been posted, i only read the first page). Item: Black Sludge Moves: 1- Switcheroo 2- Poison Fang / Glare 3- main offensive move 4- Rest Im not really into Calc. out the EV's, IV's and all that jazz but basically this build switches in on...
  11. Fearow

Well what about the vulture and its bone rush? 3 hits is slightly weaker than a drill run and 4 is an earthquake ;S Anyways, next gen they shoukd give a whole bunch of firsties evolutions!! Fearow, Raticate, Hypno, and Carnivine because its awesome and has an illogical weakness to the type it...
  12. Kangaskhan

Eh my philosophy is if something is the best at a certain job, then use it that way. The only competition in rest stalling that Early Bird Khan has is from Harvest Lum (waaay too many weaknesses to stall) and Shed Skin Scrafty (much lower life but makes up for it with 35 more base defensive...
  13. Fearow

People use focus punch so whats wrong with sky attack behind a sub? High crit rare attack, that also could flinch opponent, and gains STAB. People run SubPunch... Fearow can run SubAttack!!! Wewt!!!! Oh and 12.5% is 1 in 8... As 12.5 is half of 25, aka a quarter.
  14. Harvest

Lum / Rest is good, but grass has too many weaknesses that id only do it on a BP team that can pass +4 to both defences. Harvest is a trick room blessing however, and better suited for doubles so you wont need to switch for support. Not sure id either can learn fling, but Lum / Fling would be...
  15. Altaria (Analysis)

Id use Cloud Nine on a drought team since fire and grass types have soo many weaknesses. As a weather checker it'd need a good water or grass special attack, and a physical grass or electric type for drizzletoad
  16. Altaria (Analysis)

Does that say anything against the tactic? Its a powerful dragon move that can come with no penalties when used with mist.
  17. Kangaskhan

Out of all Early Bird pokemkon Khan pulls the rest combo off best. Most life, highest defense, and second highest special defense (Ledian being first... Fail). On a baton pass stall team, a passed ingrain and a focus sash can lead to a very strong wall. And Khan has Reversal....
  18. General Weather

A Cloud Nine Golduck, while not the best stats, can make a great counter since it'll pop in and remove the sandstorm special defense buff. Still leaves a mess with Politoed, which is why i prefer Lickilicky and his Power Whip.
  19. Ninetales (Analysis)

So ninetails is used for perma-sun... But compared to the other perma-weather pokemon it loses every fight. So what that leaves is a poke that switches in and promptly switches out before their weatherer comes in. My ninetails acts as a support and a lure, but is my main counter for pokemon...
  20. Altaria (Analysis)

I know Dragonite does it better (at least higher base SpA) to use Mist / Draco Meteor, Altaria is the only other one who can learn that combo.
