    Gen 6 Simulator Speculation

    Just thought I'd uh, make a place for people to speculate what sorta features are possible to implement in next gen's Pokemon simulator. 3D Models? ;_;

    Original Balanced QwilLead

I've tested Smeargle, Roserade, Qwilfish, and I would have to say qwilfish usually gets one layer up or kills a Azelf, where as Roserade is kinda Dependant on the sleep setting in. I would suggest keeping the Qwilfish, its defiantly one of the most underrated pokemon in the meta game.

    Poseidon's Army-A Rain Dance RMT

Ahahahah this is a copy of my team (Except I am testing SD Ludicolo xD) Don't listen to the Kabutops talk, Keep the Qwilfish. Explosion as well as the toxic spikes remover is important. I've swept an entire team without losing one pokemon before the rain was out with Qwilfish. It was epic, and...

    Upsetting The Metagame

The reason you want to ban diffrent pokemon for diffrent amounts of time is so it doesnt become a cycle... Also, you would probably want to give the mods power to ban extra pokemon, change the time, or un-ban, so the game doesnt get to messed up

    Upsetting The Metagame

What if we created a new tier; One where the top 2 pokemon from last month are banned for 2 months, and the top 3rd-6th are banned for one month?

    Shoddy/smogon + Facebook = Awesome

First off; We could code it so facebook players are more likely to hit other facebook players if we are so worried about crappy and annoying people; Also, NatKing, I don't think you understand. Girls LOVE Pokemon. Cute furry animals is a sure fire conversation starter... Although, we...

    Upsetting The Metagame

Now, The metagame has evolved, and it seems like the top 6 pokemon all seem to have good synergy with each other, and all seem to counter each other. But, if we centered the meta game around a different pokemon, we could probably have a metagame just as aggressive and over centralized as ours...

    Upsetting The Metagame

I'm asking how we make a metagame that becomes so diverse that the majority if pokemon can be threats under the right conditions. Also, Lord Blood, I like "Re-Discovery" thing... Maybe that is the solution; Re-discover, but then update to take account for the current metagame...

    Upsetting The Metagame

We currently do play with the changes; Also, I accept that it evolves, like you said. The weaker pokemon get used less and less, and it filters out the less useful. But what I'm wondering is how, if it is possible, do we cause the metagame to evolve into a wider metagame. Or maybe cause it to...

    Upsetting The Metagame

Even if you won't admit it, we all know the metagame has become over centralized around certain threats; Scizor, Heatran, Salamance, Latias, Gyarados, Rotom, TTar, ect. It is the nature of the metagame to adapt to new threats, which usually means a couple days after the metagame gets shaken up...

    Best Offensive Typing?

Edit: You weren't talking to me, never mind... Also, I see your point about waters... Ice+Fighting+Ground+Electric(Or Grass) Works Really Well together. (I just relised that this combo is used on Electives Physical set...)

    Best Offensive Typing?

Move sets that hit super effective on 14 different types (All But 3): Fighting/Flying/Ice/Ground, Fighting/Ghost/Ice/Ground. Move Sets that hit super effective on 13 different types (All but 4): Fighting/Ghost/Ice/Rock, Fighting/Ghost/Ice/Flying, Fighting/Ghost/Ice/Psychic...

    Best Offensive Typing?

Dragon/Fire/Fighting/Electric may be good if you want neutral coverage, but for hitting super effectives, Fighting/Ghost/Ground/Ice is better. It is super effective on all except Bug, Fighting, and Water. Edit: Also, Gallade is one of the few Pokemon that can use all of these move types (With...
