Name: Hurricane
120 BP, 85 Acc, 5 PP
Category: Special
Type: Flying
Effect: Has 10% chance to lower the target's Atk by one stage.
Priority: 0
Potential Pokémon with this move: Available users in Gen 5.
Justification: We're at the beginning of the mod so we have many moves to create, and this version of Hurricane is basically a Fire Blast clone. Can be useful for future Flying mons (such as the Pidgey-like).
Name: Cataclysm
120 BP, 100 Acc, 10 PP
Category: Special
Type: Dark
Effect: Hits two turns after use, calculates damage the same way future sight does in generation 4 (damage on use, not retroactively counting boosts like it does in later gens + unable to crit), however unlike gen 4 future sight it is a dark-type move and is affected by STAB and type effectiveness.
Priority: 0
Potential Pokémon with this move:
Justification: Combined with one of my abilities, it can save Absol from the dumpster, and is totally coherent lore-wise.
Edit: I forgor how future sight worked in gen 3, so I copy pasted Akira's description for Starstorm.
Name: Guided Strike
45 BP, 100 Acc, 15 PP
Category: Physical
Type: Psychic
Effect: This move always result in a critical hit.
Priority: 0
Potential Pokémon with this move:
Justification: About lore, imagine the user attacking its target with a not really strong power, but striking exactly in one of its weak points, dealing quite good damages despite a weak brute force.Litterally becomes the first physical psychic move, so it can be given to a larger amount of mons (even thought Medicham loves this much more than everyone else).
Name: Mud Bomb
80 BP, 100 Acc, 24 PP
Category: Special
Type: Ground
Effect: Has 20% chance to lower the target's SpDef by one stage.
Priority: 0
Potential Pokémon with this move:
Justification: Just 80 BP for this move is because ground in an insanely strong offensive type, so no need to make a broken burst in my opinion (I made basically a ground Shadow Ball). It's not given to really good mons, and the best user of this is Camerupt (UU in Gen 3 so it's okay I think).

New ability: Bad Omen
Owner: (as a secondary ability)
Effect: Moves that hits some turns after being used are physical.
Advantages: This ability creates a new niche for Absol : Pressure is useless for a mon as frail as that, and this allows it to use Future Sight in a quite threatening way. But combined with Cataclysm (if it's voted), it can make Absol a real threat I think, in a much more logical way than just being a physical glass cannon.
New ability: Striker
Owner: (replaces Limber)
Effect: Kick-based moves deal 20% more damage and have 10% more accuracy.
List of Kick moves: Jump Kick, High Jump Kick, Mega Kick, Double Kick, Blaze Kick, Low Kick, Rolling Kick, Triple Kick, Stomp
Advantages: A slight buff to Hitmonlee's damage output, it has almost no chance to miss now and if it gains new kick moves (we didn't give it Blaze Kick for now) it would be instantly slightly buffed (and we want good fighting types in this mod).
New ability: Merciless
Owner: (idk if has a secondary ability or if it replaces Shed Skin)
Effect: Super effective moves deal 25% more damage.
Advantages: Seviper's offensive movepool has some useful tools, such as Flamethrower, EQ or Giga Drain, and it's a mixed mon. I guess giving it this ability can help, even thought it's still Seviper ... But we'll need to give it more moves to make it interesting.
New ability: Normalize
Owner:
Effect: This Pokemon ignores every Pokemon's stat stages when taking or doing damage.
Advantages: Yes, this is a broken ability. That's why I don't want to give it to anything more dumpster-tiers than Delcatty itself : it needs to ignore a lot of things to maybe make it usable in a serious way. And the worst with that, is that I don't know that if that can make Delcatty really good event with an ability as broken as this one.
EDIT: Now it's much less stronk. It's basically bootleg Unaware but its user is not Bibarel.

I consider that choice specs are totally logical in this game, and can really help special mons (we do not have Draco Meteor) to have their way in the meta. It's not really exciting but it's one of the few things I would export from gen 4 without any change here.
Item name: Risky Pills
Effect: Raises damages dealt by moves with less than 90 Accuracy by 20%.
Blaziken will love that for its physical sets, and creates more a little game of risk-reward to chose for some mons (we don't have Hone Claws too).
Item name: Fancy Necklace
Effect: If held by a Delcatty, its Atk, Def, SpA and Spedef are raised by 30%, its speed is raised by 50%.
Delcatty sucks so much even a really strong ability is not enough. I made some calcs, and with maximum investments, its speed can be the same as a mon with 105,5 base speed. That's strong, yes, but it won't be able to hold another item, its best ability won't let it use Calm Mind and any Knock Off annihilates it.
Made my modifs for the veto : I give up Choice Specs and Fancy Necklace's boost is now 50% for speed and 30% for other stats.
