Unfortunately we have considered this to clear counterteaming using an unviable crobat set. You mention it being in the OOs on analysis, but unfortunately this has been removed in the currently being written revamp, and was talked about quite negatively in the original too https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/crobat-qc-2-3.3654259/Crobat @ Life Orb

This Crobat set was pulled from the "other options" section in its strategy article. At +4 (and +3, but you jump from 2 to 4), Crobat OHKOs the entire team. Azelf helps Crobat get multiple boosts by setting screens and safely getting it in with u-turn.
Edit: I should point out that only Krook outspeeds Crobat, and it can't hit very hard due to the lack of stone edge, and screens should be up anyway. Malt needs two boosts to outspeed, and the entire team lacks priority moves. Additionally, only Rotom and Cobalion avoid the OHKO at +2, so Crobat can boost a second time on one of these, if it hasn't already boosted to +4, then finish sweeping. Giga drain recovers damage taken from LO and whatever attacks you take when attacking Starmie and Krook.
Hate to do it two weeks in a row, but we are also rejecting this core. This is another clear case of counterteaming with an unviable magneton set.Where's the speed control?

Mega Beedrill outspeeds the whole team, and OHKOs half of it (Hydreigon, Sylveon, Nihilego). It also severely dents Mew and has a chance to 3HKO Suicune, so it can't just spam rest.
Magneton can trap and eliminate Steelix, which Beedrill fails to 2HKO and gets bopped by. I really don't know why magnet rise isn't mentioned at all in the strategy dex. Two of the top fat steel types in the tier, Aggron and Steelix, suddenly can't touch you, allowing you to trap and eliminate them. Magneton can also comfortably switch in on Nihilego, though Beedrill can stay in on it. Magneton can also switch in on Suicune, hit it hard with thunderbolt, and safely get Beedrill in with volt switch.
The way of safely trapping Steelix is u-turning with Beedrill on a predicted switch. They can't go Mew or Hydreigon; Nihilego and Sylveon invite Beedrill back in; and Suicune has a mediocre MU with Magneton, which also gets Beedrill back in when it rests. If you really want to, you can use air balloon to just hard switch into Aggron and Steelix, but I think the bulk from eviolite is more appreciated.
Is fire punch common on Aggron? I wasn't aware. Additionally, I thought c-teaming was fairly obvious, but it seems i don't actually know what it is. I thought it was just using certain Pokemon/sets that are unviable because they are bad in most match ups, but good for a particular team or style of team (like energy ball on Mega Zam in OU for rain). So, what is c-teaming?Hate to do it two weeks in a row, but we are also rejecting this core. This is another clear case of counterteaming with an unviable magneton set.
While magnet rise allows you to trap Steelix, it doesn't let you beat most aggrons without considerable chip first like you suggest as fire punch 2HKOs, and the lack of flash cannon leaves you with zero way of punishing ground types like hippowdon / nidoqueen from freely swapping in and healing / setting hazards / breaking like a specs set would (and to a lesser extent scarf), and stops you from threatening pokemon such as mamoswine with it too.
A Scarf set would be more viable with a Beedrill-Mega as it would help to trap Cobalion to volt switch on , which can be an issue for beedrill due to helmet chip and setting rocks, however this would not trap Steelix very well on this team, especially as wish passing is present to make it harder to get it into HP fire range. Eviolite is generally unviable on Magneton as it is already very frail, and really appreciates either the ability to nuke targets such as Steelix with Specs, or the ability to trap Cobalion and revenge kill pokemon such as Terrakion with Scarf.
Feel free to submit a different core however.

On a side note to your comment about where the speed control is, this team has perfectly adequate counterplay to faster threats due to its fat nature, such as Steelix for Latias and Suicune for Infernape, while Nihilego can deal with Celebi due to outspeeding it, especially with Wish support, and Mega Aero will struggle to ever break through Crocune + Sylveon + Steelix + Mew, and therefore Juuno has apparantly decided that a non choice scarf hydreigon would fit better on this team, helping to deal with threats such as Crawdaunt and Stallbreaker Mew, while being a more reliable defogger as it doesn't have to lock into the move.
Fire Punch on Aggron had a 43% Usage stat last month at 1760, and a 40% at 1630, so definitely very common. Is fire punch common on Aggron? I wasn't aware. By the way, that was meant to be a joke about the speed control. Some teams, and even playstyles (*cough* stall) don't need to outspeed or have priority for reasons you've said.
