Why is everyone so concerned that CAP5 be used only on sun teams? That was never the original goal of the concept at all, nobody seems to be able to answer this, no matter how many times I've asked...

This was actually pretty tough for me. There's been a lot of good arguments put forward both for and against virtually all of these.

Honestly, these are all ineffective abilities compared to harvest. The best comparison would be heatproof bronzong (an option, but you should almost never use it). I doubt any of these abilities will see over 5% usage, so I'd rather save the slot for flavor personally.
