[SET COMMENTS]
A Choice Scarf and a great movepool to cripple foes give Rotom-W the luxury of annoying teams with its status moves and create huge vacuums of momentum thanks to Volt Switch, letting it function as a fast pivot. Hydro Pump discourages Ground-types such as Landorus-T and Ursaluna-B from coming in and blocking Volt Switch. Trick neutralizes setup threats such as Iron Defense Garganacl as well as walls such as Toxapex and Ferrothorn, greatly assisting offensive cores in breaking through. Thunder Wave cripples offensive threats such as Iron Valiant and Choice Scarf Tapu Lele, making them much easier to revenge kill and neutering the impact they have for the remainder of the game. Slower offensive Pokemon such as Mega Lopunny and Ogerpon-W enjoy being able to outspeed and threaten said threats that would previously be an issue. However, Will-O-Wisp is another great alternative, stopping foes such as Mega Lopunny and Urshifu-R from freely breaking through teams while helping their checks such as Toxapex and Alomomola stay healthier and ease the burden of checking them continuously throughout the game. Finally, Pain Split can be used, keeping Rotom-W healthy versus bulkier teams and being a huge thorn on walls after using Trick. Entry hazard removers such as Great Tusk and Tornadus-T are also useful teammates for it, preventing Rotom-W from taking Stealth Rock chip and preserving its longevity. The given EV spread and a Timid nature maximizes its bulk and Speed, helping it be as bulky and fast as possible as effectively as possible. Tera Steel helps it sponge hits like Iron Valiant's Moonblast and Baxcalibur's Scale Shot and cripple said threats, while Tera Ghost lets Rotom-W check Sneasler and wall Great Tusk.

A Choice Scarf and a crippling movepool give Rotom-W the luxury of annoying teams with its status moves and create huge vacuums of momentum thanks to Volt Switch, letting it function as a fast pivot. Hydro Pump diminishes Ground types such as Landorus-T and Ursaluna-B from coming in and blocking Volt Switch; effectively killing momentum and allowing free hazards or setup opportunities. this feels kinda vague after the semicolon. id keep it more simple and just say it lets you volt for free later on Trick neutralises setup threats such as Iron Defense Garganacl as well as walls such as Toxapex and Ferrothorn, greatly assisting offensive cores in breaking through. Thunder Wave cripples offensive threats such as Choice Scarf Tapu-Lele and Iron Valiant making them much easier to revenge kill and neutering the impact they have for the remainder of the game. Slower offensive Pokemon such as Mega-Lopunny and Ogerpon-W enjoy being able to outspeed and threaten said threats that would previously be an issue. However, Will-O-Wisp is another great alternative, stopping foes such as Mega-Lopunny and Urshifu-RS from freely breaking through teams and helping their checks such as Toxapex and Alomomola stay healthier and ease the burden of checking them continuously throughout a game. Pain Split section here, helps you stay healthy especially vs bulkier teams. You should preface for most of these setup options that it is typically gonna be used after tricking the scarf away Hazard removers such as Great Tusk and Tornadus-T are also useful teammates for it, not allowing Rotom-W to take unnecessary Stealth Rock chip and keep its longevity intact. The given EV spread and a timid nature maximises its bulk and speed, helping it to function as effectively as possible. Tera Steel helps it sponge hits like Iron Valiant's Moonblast and Baxcalibur's Scale Shot and crippling said threats, while Tera Ghost lets Rotom-W check Sneasler as well as walling Great Tusk. but Tera Water is another alternative, increasing Hydro-Pump's damage output to ludicrous amounts, and letting it finish off weakened teams.
