Regice @ Assault Vest
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast
- Signal Beam

Assault Vest Regice because lol, what is damage:

252+ SpA Life Orb Ludicolo Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 4+ SpD Assault Vest Regice in Rain: 99-118 (27.1 - 32.4%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
252 SpA Regice Signal Beam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Ludicolo: 136-162 (45.1 - 53.8%) -- 38.7% chance to 2HKO (guaranteed 2HKO after LO)

Did anyone say anything about cool counters? :]

Snover @ Eviolite
Trait: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Giga Drain
- Blizzard
- Toxic
- Protect

The moves themselves don't really matter. It's Snover. It's kind of bad.

252+ SpA Life Orb Ludicolo Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Eviolite Snover: 73-86 (22.5 - 26.5%) -- 20.6% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock

FUCK YOU SCORP YOU NINJA'ING BASTARD, at least make a more practical Ludi that generally beats Rain (had a nice spread in mind too)

Articuno @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 124 SpD / 136 Spe
Calm Nature
- Freeze-Dry
- Roost
- Substitute
- Toxic / Hurricane

252+ SpA Life Orb Ludicolo Hydro Pump vs. 248 HP / 124+ SpD Articuno: 148-175 (38.64 - 45.69%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
0 SpA Articuno Freeze Dry vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Ludicolo: 292-348 (96.68 - 115.23%) -- 81.25% chance to OHKO

Stealth Rock is a bitch, but if Ludi has yet to set up Rain on the turn before Cuno switches in, then Cuno is still in good shape, since it outspeeds Ludi outside of Rain and can survive a Rain Hydro Pump before proceeding to outheal Ludi's attacks. To rub it in further Cuno has not one, but two ways to completely fuk over Ludi.

Edit: Shit, I could've sworn I had Rain calced in there.

Jynx @ Leftovers
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 8 HP / 248 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Lovely Kiss
- Ice Beam
- Substitute
- Psyshock / Focus Blast

252+ SpA Life Orb Ludicolo Giga Drain vs. 8 HP / 0 SpD Leftovers Jynx: 142-169 (52.01 - 61.9%) -- 14.84% chance to 2HKO after weather

Having a high chance to be 2HKOed by Giga Drain outside of Rain kind of sucks, and Jynx only manages a 2HKO back at best, but discouraging Ludi from using 3 out of its 4 attacks makes for a solid check. Lovely Kiss can swing the matchup too.

you have to hope for no stealth rocks when using articuno since ludicolo can just set up rain the turn you switch in and then kill you afterwards. the op didn't say anything about stealth rocks so it's still a valid "counter", just not as solid

Problem is that Jynx, too, has a chance to get 2HKOed by Giga Drain in rain after SR, so it can't 100% safely switch in whether or not the weather is up

Lombre @ Eviolite
Ability: Rain Dish
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Toxic
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Synthesis

Fighting fire with bad fire.

RestTalk for rain, Synthesis for no rain.

Dragalge @ Black Sludge
Ability: Poison Point
EVs: 248 HP / 192 Def / 68 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Sludge Bomb
- Dragon Tail
- Protect
- Toxic Spikes

252+ SpA Life Orb Ludicolo Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 68+ SpD Dragalge: 159-187 (47.6 - 55.9%)

You avoid the 2hko 100% of the time thanks to Protect (which also stalls rain). Other moves do nothing.
You can shuffle if predicting a switch too.

Also to anyone calcing resisted Hydro in rain does more than a neutral Ice Beam or giga drain :/

- Body Slam

This thing is too fat to get 2hko'd, and can either whirlwind ludi out or rest talk it to death.

nice munchlax lol

Code:
Mantine @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Air Slash
- Scald / Toxic
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
MANTINE WAS SUMMONED. Seriously though self explanatory Mantine has absurd bulk that Ludicolo cannot break through in its dreams.
252+ SpA Life Orb Ludicolo Giga Drain vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Mantine: 78-94 (23.3 - 28.1%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery

Seriously though what is Ludicolo but a minor annoyance to Man-O-War God Special Bulk, Air Slash does enough to guarantee 3HKO which is fine.
Cryogonal @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 32 SpA / 84 SpD / 144 Spe
Timid Nature
- Freeze-Dry
- Recover
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic

Too lazy for sprites. Basically Cryogonal can come in on anything and one-shot Ludicolo with Freeze-Dry.

252+ SpA Life Orb Ludicolo Hydro Pump vs. 248 HP / 76 SpD Cryogonal in Rain: 218-257 (63.5 - 74.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
32 SpA Cryogonal Freeze Dry vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Ludicolo: 304-360 (100.9 - 119.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Leftover EVs conveniently allow Cryogonal to outspeed max speed base 91s = Rotom and Chatot with the SpA investment enough to OHKO the annoying bird :).
Last slot is basically filler and you can run whatever you want.

Muk @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sticky Hold
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Poison Jab
- Shadow Sneak
- Fire Punch
- Brick Break

252+ SpA Life Orb Ludicolo Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Muk in Rain: 199-235 (48 - 56.7%) -- 90.2% chance to 2HKO

voting period has begun. if you're wondering why im not including stupid shit like lombre its because it is extremely specialized and not practical to the meta other than countering my specific ludicolo set.

Oh Noes (Probopass) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy / Magnet Pull
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave / Toxic
- Volt Switch
- Earth Power / Power Gem

Specially defensive Probopass differentiates itself from other Rock-types that resist Pyroar's dual-stab in that it takes nothing from HP grass and doesnt really care about Will-O-Wisp, being a special attacker.
It can always switch in to any attack and pivot out into a faster teammate or something with priority. Probopass also has access to Earth Power and Power Gem which can both easily 2HKO Pyroar.

Relevant calcs:

252 SpA Life Orb Pyroar Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Probopass: 110-133 (33.9 - 41%) -- 50.6% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

0 SpA Probopass Power Gem vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Pyroar: 192-228 (61.3 - 72.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Miltank @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Milk Drink
- Thunder Wave
- Heal Bell
- Body Slam / Return / Seismic Toss

252 SpA Life Orb Pyroar Hyper Voice vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Miltank: 153-181 (38.8 - 45.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Even after SR, Miltank can tank 2 Life Orb Hyper Voice with slight wiggle room. This allows her to switch in and cripple Pyroar with Thunder Wave. After Pyroar gets paralyzed, the rest is easy. You heal more with Milk Drink than he can do with Hyper Voice. Yes, he can crit, but 25% chance of full paralysis will make Miltank come out on top 1v1. Heal Bell is a standard support move on utility Miltank to begin with. It also will make it more difficult for Pyroar to whittle her down with Burn damage in a real-game scenario. Last slot is a damage move, preventing Miltank from being taunt bait. It also allows Miltank to proactively deal damage to things like Pyroar.

rip
Well a couple of things.
1) hariyama can't learn drain punch lol
2) there are better spreads for AV Hariyama like 132 132 in Def/SDef or 252 all in Special Defense. Gives Hariyama much more overall bulk that way.
