Darkrai2 vs. Skater: Scylant’s Time [Warstory]

Darkrai2’s Pokémon: Infernape, Jirachi, Metagross, Lucario, Scylant, Snorlax

Skater’s Pokémon: Ninetails, Grumpig, Cacturne, Altaria, Sandslash, Froslass

Rules: Ladder Match, Sleep Clause, Freeze Clause, OHKO Clause, Evasion Clause, Species Clause, Strict Damage Clause
Darkrai2 sent out Syclant (lvl 100 Syclant ?).
Skater sent out Volpe 9 code (lvl 100 Ninetales ?).
Darkrai2 switched in Infernape (lvl 100 Infernape ?).
Volpe 9 code used Hypnosis.
Volpe 9 code's attack missed!
A great start to the battle. I figure that if I keep Scylant in, then its Ice-Bug typing would fail it and would leave a big dent in my team. Hypnosis's lame accuracy really saved my that turn. At least is Infernape had fallen asleep it wouldn't of really mattered, and you'll see why a little bit later. I was only really thinking about fainting his Ninetails, and I got a little careless because of that.
---
Infernape used Close Combat.
Volpe 9 code lost 77% of its health.
Infernape's defence was lowered.
Infernape's special defence was lowered.
Volpe 9 code used Hypnosis.
Volpe 9 code's attack missed!
This turn wasn't a real surprise, and so the opponent switches, not fearing anthing at all. Hypnosis was really lame today!
---

Infernape used Close Combat.
It's not very effective...
GramPorc lost 27% of its health.
Infernape's defence was lowered.

GramPorc's leftovers restored its health a little!
GramPorc restored 6% of its health.
I think that that was the greatest idea ever. I mean come on, even the mighty Close Combat can not destroy Grumpig. Not a real suprise, I knew that if he was smart he would switch.
---
All I did was switch in Jirachi while he Calm Minded
---

I desperately needed to switch to Metagross because it could use Bullet Punch for some damage, and what better way to do it than hit it with a Super-Effective U-Turn?
---
Metagross used Bullet Punch.
GramPorc lost 33% of its health.
GramPorc used Hidden Power.
Metagross lost 31% of its health.
GramPorc's leftovers restored its health a little!
GramPorc restored 6% of its health.
Okay, it finally decides to attack, but only for a meager 31%. Metagross does more damge with 33%, and I see that I just might have the advantage, and so I keep Metagross in to wall Grumpig.
---

I knew that I would beat his Sandslash for the first faint of the match, and believe it can keep happening, untill he sends out the perfect counter.
---
He used Earthquake.
Metagross lost 61% of its health.
Puntaspillo's leftovers restored its health a little!
Puntaspillo restored 6% of its health.
Weird name. Anyway, I take it and keep Metagross in, because I think he can take Sandslash down, or at least beat him down. So, let's go on.
---

---

5-4
See, I told you. Anyway, he brings in Ninetails, which is definatly going to take down Lucario. I still keep him out though, because maybe I can get a Close Combat in before Lucario faints...
---

4-4
No, I can't. The score is tied and I can't help feeling that Ninetails could sweep my team, and I worry and bring out the best pokemon for the job.
---
Darkrai2 switched in Infernape (lvl 100 Infernape ?).
Infernape used Close Combat.
Volpe 9 code lost 23% of its health.
Skater's Volpe 9 code fainted.

4-3
Okay, now the score is in my favor, and I stop worrying because the he bring out a pokemon which I know I can defeat. Here's a hint: Cactus.

---
Ghiacciolo used Thunderbolt.
Snorlax lost 12% of its health.
Snorlax used Earthquake.
Ghiacciolo lost 39% of its health.
I use Earthquake again, fearing nothing, and get good results, but still for less damage than last turn.
---
Darkrai2 switched in Syclant (lvl 100 Syclant ?).
Ghiacciolo used Thunderbolt.
Syclant lost 41% of its health.

---
Syclant used Bug Buzz.

Skater: gg
Darkrai2: great balttle
Darkrai2: warstory
Skater: xD

Props:
Scylant for doing a lot of damage.
Metagross and Jirachi for being the best Steel-Psychic types a trainer could have!
Skater for the great Shoddy match!

Slops:
Snorlax for not doing much of anything.
Infernape for fainting way, way too early!
Lucario for the same reason that Infernape was a slop.

I see no story...its all log. This is like your third failed warstory attempt. People want story...without it, the log is boring. And besides, this is the wrong section...

Its boring, wrong section (Syclant isn't real and never will be real and belongs in the fake pokemon forum), etc. Do you guys set a rule before the match to not switch out? Keeping lucario in on ninetales when you have snorlax as a special wall? I've said too much for a pointless case, I'm stopping myself here

yeah, this is basically your team of random OU vs UU team. as bball1210 said, youre 0 for 3 on warstories. you should prolly read some from the warstory archive so you know what good ones look like before you post yours. and also, there is this great concept called switching out in an unfavorable match up.

I didn't read it. You need to make it presentable or people won't bother to read it. Make your comments bold, omit nicknames, add pictures, and less log and more comments.

Same thing R2 said, except I read part of it, got lost, tried to find my place in it, but couldn't. COLOR IS THE KEY.

all I see is a log about some guy being having his ou team almost beaten by a uu player. Not even a good uu player it seems.

joy

I laughed at this part

Skater switched in GramPorc (lvl 100 Grumpig ?).
Infernape used Close Combat.

GramPorc lost 27% of its health.

I think that that was the greatest idea ever. I mean come on, even the mighty Close Combat can not destroy Grumpig. Not a real suprise, I knew that if he was smart he would switch.

Woah! Did you guys see that? He switched out to a pokemon that resisted close combat to prevent his pokemon from dieing.... I can't believe nobody ever thought of that

Anyway in all seriousness, bold your comments or something to make it more readable
