- Pokemon in RU and BL3 get a boost of 20 in each stat.

Q&A:
Q: How do boosts apply to Mega Pokemon?
A: The boosts apply to the tier where the mega form is ranked. Gyarados holding a mega stone will receive OU boosts (+0) but Gyarados not holding a stone receives UU boosts (+10).
Q: What about NFE Pokemon?
A: NFEs that are ranked in a tier (Gligar is in UU, Fletchinder is in RU) receive the boosts associated with that tier. Any NFEs that are unranked receive the boosts from PU.
Q: What about Pokemon in the BL tiers?
A: They receive boosts associated with the nearest tier above them. So anything in the BL tier receives boosts from OU, anything in the BL2 tier receives boosts from UU, etc.
Q: What about tiered abilities, such as Drizzle and Drought?
A: Similarly to mega stones, tiered abilities affect the Pokemon's boosts depending on where its ranked. Politoed with Drizzle (a BL ability) receives OU boosts (+0) but Politoed with another ability receives PU boosts (+40).
