Been looking at some mons I think have potential as leaders

So this seems pretty viable. Dragonite doesn't entirely outclass it since Intimidate and Moxie are incredible, but I'd still argue Dragonite is a better pick. Interested in thoughts on this.

Another decent option. Its abilities make it better suited for bulky teams than Rampardos, and it has a few options like Swords Dance and Endeavor to set it apart as well.
